We will need:

  • Pork, chop (cue ball) - 600 g
  • Champignon mushrooms - 6-8 pcs.
  • Pomegranate juice - 100 ml
  • Bulb onions - 1 pc.
  • Sour cream - 4 tbsp. spoons
  • Fresh dill - 2 branches
  • Fresh parsley - 2 sprigs
  • Flour - 100 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. The better the eggs are beaten, the fluffier and tastier the biscuit will be. Gently stir in the sifted flour

Remove the cooled cake from the mold, cut it into two parts. Reduce one half in diameter by 1 centimeter.
