  • Prepare dough for the base: combine eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt. Mix and gradually add flour. The dough should be a little thicker than sour cream.

Put ham, onions, tomatoes on the dough, leaving a narrow strip of dough at the sides free (so that the filling does not come into contact with the pan). Slightly salt the tomatoes. How to make pizza in a pan

Mix fermented milk products or mayonnaise with eggs and salt, beat well with a whisk or fork. Then, stirring constantly, add the sifted flour and mix until a homogeneous consistency. The dough should be quite thick, reminiscent of sour cream.

Let's prepare the filling. I will have it: onions, bell peppers, sausage, onions and tomatoes. How I cut them can be seen in the photo.

We put the pan on a small fire, grease with a very thin layer of vegetable oil. It is better to do this with a silicone brush so that it is not greasy.

Pour in our yeast-free pizza dough and spread lightly with a spatula if necessary. Cover with a lid and wait a couple of minutes until the base is slightly seized.

Then, we apply a little mayonnaise and tomato sauce. They can also be spread with a brush.

Carefully lay out the rings of onion, tomato, sweet bell pepper and sausage, cover with a lid and wait until the tomatoes and peppers look steamed. This process lasts 10-15 minutes, always on low heat so that the base of our pizza does not burn.

After this time, lay out the top layer of cheese, cover again and wait until it melts. As soon as this happens, a delicious and quick pizza in a pan is ready.

  • 9 tablespoons of flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • half a teaspoon of slaked soda;

First, you can start cutting products for the filling. Then you should knead the dough by beating 1 egg with a handful of salt, a glass of kefir, soda slaked with vinegar, flour, sunflower or olive oil.

The dough should be a little thicker than sour cream at the exit (if it does not pour, but falls from a spoon, this is the norm).

Pour a drop of oil into the pan and pour the dough, immediately cover it with a lid. The fire will need medium, you need to fry the pizza until golden brown. If you want, you can turn it over, "grabbing" the other side in the pan.

Lubricate the resulting pizza with tomato paste or ketchup, carefully place a layer of filling, sprinkle with seasonings to your liking.

For the filling you should take:

  • 300 grams of smoked or hard cheese;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • greenery;
  • mayonnaise;
  • tomato paste;
  • bulb;
  • 150 grams of mushrooms and sausages.

Pour a teaspoon of baking soda into a bowl of curdled milk, let stand.

Fry finely chopped onion with mushrooms. Add salt and sliced ​​sausage. Stir and remove from heat.

Add 2 eggs and a little sunflower oil, as well as sifted flour, salt to yogurt or fermented baked milk. This recipe for pizza in a pan implies that the dough should be thicker than for pancakes.

Lubricate the pan with oil, pour the mixture into it, and the prepared filling on top. Mix tomato paste with mayonnaise, apply on top. Finely chop the greens, sprinkle the dish with it. Top with thin slices of tomatoes, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and bake until done.

For the base, take 10 tablespoons of mayonnaise, the same amount of flour, 2-3 eggs. For the filling you will need 150 grams of boiled chicken fillet, 100 grams of hard cheese, 1 bell pepper, 2 tomatoes, 6 olives, herbs and butter.

Beat 2-3 eggs, add mayonnaise, start adding sifted flour to get a dough similar to sour cream in consistency. Cool the boiled chicken fillet and cut into cubes. Cut the tomatoes into slices, and sweet pepper without seeds into thin strips, remove the stones from the olives and cut them.

Pour the dough into the pan, put the filling, pour over your favorite sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Bake with the lid closed for about 10 minutes. After the pizza is ready, put it on a dish and sprinkle with herbs.

For the base for 2 pizzas you will need:

  • half a kilo of potatoes;
  • 1 egg;
  • pepper and salt to taste;
  • a pinch of thyme;
  • 2 table. spoons of flour.

For the filling, take:

  • 2 leeks (white part)
  • 250 g bacon;
  • 150 g of mushrooms (honey agarics, oyster mushrooms, champignons - to choose from);
  • 2 small tomatoes;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • dried basil, parsley.

Finely grate the potatoes, add pepper, egg, thyme, flour to this mass. Salt and mix thoroughly.

Let's prepare the filling. Cut the bacon into slices, the onion into rings, and the mushrooms into slices. Put the pieces of bacon in a preheated pan, fry them, then add the onion and mushrooms, fry until golden brown for about 2 minutes, you can add sunflower oil.

Put half of the grated potatoes in the second pan, fry until golden brown over medium heat. Cut the tomatoes into slices, grate the cheese finely. Turn the resulting pancake on the second side in a pan and lay out the filling, put a tomato on top, sprinkle with basil and grated cheese, close the lid and fry until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle parsley on top.

Put the pizza on a plate. In the same way, fry the 2nd pizza, cut and serve.

On pita bread

You need to take 1 pita bread, a glass of grated cheese, half a glass of chopped pickled mushrooms, 1 tomato, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a little ketchup and butter, salt, pepper, herbs.

Cut out 3 circles of pita so that the diameter is slightly larger than the size of the bottom of the pan (you will need a little dough for the sides). Coarsely grate the cheese, and cut the tomato into thin slices. Finely chop the greens. Mix ketchup with mayonnaise to make a sauce.

On the 1st circle of pita bread, spread the sauce with a thin layer, sprinkle with a little cheese. Place the 2nd round of pita bread on top, brush with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Then the 3rd circle will follow and sauce for juiciness.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, place the base on the bottom, screw the fire to a minimum. Pour half the cheese, mushrooms, then circles of tomatoes, pour everything with cheese and cover with a lid. After it melts, your pizza will be ready, it remains to sprinkle with herbs immediately before serving.

On a loaf

Take 4 slices of loaf, 150 grams of ham, 100 grams of cheese, 1 sweet pepper, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of milk and the same amount of tomato paste or your favorite sauce.

First, cut the ham into small cubes, grate the cheese coarsely, remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut into thin slices.

Put the pieces of loaf on a greased pan, dry them to a ruddy state on the smallest fire.

Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl, pour the mixture over the browned croutons. Place slices of ham and pepper on top. Sprinkle everything with cheese, cover the pan with a lid and hold on fire for 2-3 minutes. When the cheese is melted, put the pizza on a plate and pour over the ketchup or sauce.

  1. Instead of hard cheese (Altai, Gouda, Swiss, Uglich, steppe, Latvian, Poshekhonsky, Soviet, Emmental, Limburger, Chester) you can use smoked cheese.

Add flour - in stages. It is very difficult to say exactly how much flour is needed - it depends on its properties.
