Let's start by making the dough. It should turn out to be liquid. The less milk, the thicker the pancakes will be. But keep in mind that overly thin pancakes are more difficult to turn over without damaging them. To make them slide better from the pan, oil is added.

In order to prepare the dough, you just need to mix all the ingredients well.

The main task is to make the pancake dough without lumps.

Heat a frying pan on the stove and start baking pancakes. If you have a well-coated pan, you don't need to grease it, especially since the dough contains oil. Scoop the dough with a ladle, pour into the pan and distribute evenly over the surface. When the pancake is browned on one side, flip it over to the other.

Bake all the pancakes this way. Half of the treat can be served at the table, and the other half, by agreement, remains the next day.

Preparation of “Filled Egg Rolls”:

3. Cut the sauerkraut into small pieces and immediately add to the puree. Cabbage should not be too sour.

4. Rub the remaining cheese on a fine grater, add finely chopped herbs, garlic and mayonnaise to it. Mix everything thoroughly. The filling should be sharp.

5. Next, on each pancake, lay out the filling in an even layer, slightly stepping back from the edge, then wrap it in a roll. And so with every pancake. When everyone is ready, place the rolls seam down into the pan and fry on one side so that the roll does not open - 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
