Ingredients

  • Margarine or butter - 80 g
  • Flour - 250-300 g
  • Kefir - 2/3 cup
  • Baking soda - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 160 g
  • Vanilla sugar or vanillin - 1 packet or on the tip of a knife
  • Nutmeg - ½ tsp
  • Ground cinnamon - ½ tsp. Spoons

  1. Pour kefir into a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, baking soda to it (you do not need to extinguish soda, kefir will do it). If you like shortbread cookies based on margarine recipe, crispy on the outside and softer on the inside, then you can roll it out not much, 1 cm high and even higher.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment and transfer the cookies to it. Bake until golden brown on top in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

When kneading shortcrust pastry, observe the proportions of fat and flour. If you put margarine or butter less than the specified norm, then the dough will come out tough, and the cookies will not crumbly.

  • flour: 3 cups;
  • baking margarine: 180 grams;
  • chicken eggs: 2 pieces;
  • sugar: 200 grams;
  • baking powder: 2 grams;
  • vanillin: half a teaspoon.

Cooking method

  1. Cut margarine into pieces and combine with sugar in a glass saucepan for microwave oven. Put the saucepan on heating and melt. Stir, add baking powder, cool slightly. Add eggs, beat until smooth.
  2. Sift a glass of flour into the resulting mixture. Pour in vanilla, stir until smooth. Sift the remaining flour again and knead the dough, which will be soft but crumbly. When the shortbread dough has cooled, separate a piece from it and put on a sheet of parchment, cover with a second leaf on top.
  3. Roll out the dough between the parchment into a layer. Then remove one sheet and cut it out with a cookie cutter or a glass. Do the same with the rest of the test. Transfer the blanks to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake the cookies for no more than 15 minutes.


Raisin cookies

Ingredients

  • margarine - 150 g;
  • granulated sugar - 4 tablespoons;
  • egg yolks - 1 pc .;
  • baking powder - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • vanillin - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • raisins - 80 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • flour - 400 g

Cooking method

  1. Wash the raisins, then pour hot water to steam. After 7–8 minutes, drain the water, overturn in a colander, as the water drains, spread the raisins so that they dry.
  2. Melt margarine in a skillet.
  3. Now add salt to the yolk on the tip of a knife, here half a teaspoon at the baking powder and the same amount of vanillin and beat it all very well.
  4. Pour the melted margarine into a cup, add the ingredients mixed in a bowl here, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and beat everything well until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Pouring flour, knead the dough and add raisins, previously steamed and dried, to it.
  6. Mix the whole mass very well. The dough is ready, set aside for a few minutes.
  7. Prepare a kitchen board, sprinkle with flour and transfer the dough to it.
  8. Roll it out 0.6mm thick and squeeze it out with a cupcake basket
    cookie cutters.
  9. Transfer them to a baking sheet, greased with sunflower oil and send them to a preheated oven. The oven is at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  10. Sprinkle the finished cookies with powdered sugar on top.
