2. Recipe for Greek salad a little our way
First, let's do the gas station.
1. Finely chop the basil and pour into a deep cup. Add oregano to it. Pour in lemon juice. Sprinkle with black pepper and a little salt. To your taste. Add olive oil and mix everything.

2. Cut off the ends of cucumbers on both sides, cut the cucumbers lengthwise into halves and cut into large half rings. Our cucumbers are young, so we don't peel them. If you have old, large ones, where the skin is very thick, it is better to peel it all the same. Transfer the cucumbers to a deep bowl.
3. Cut the tomato in half, remove the stem and cut into large cubes. We send to the cucumbers.
4. Peel the onion, cut it in half and cut into thin half rings.
5. We send onions to cucumbers with tomatoes. With our hands we split it into separate strips directly above the bowl.
6. Peel the bell pepper, remove the seeds and veins and cut into large cubes. We send chopped peppers to other vegetables in a bowl.
7. Add olives there. Pour everything with the dressing we have prepared, add a little salt and mix everything.
