  • 15 g cocoa butter (you can use coconut or butter)
  • 2 tbsp. l. liquid honey
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. lemon juice or a pinch of vanilla (optional, for lovers)
Glaze:
  • chocolate bar without additives
  • 30 g cocoa butter
  • 4 tsp liquid honey
  • 50 g cocoa powder or carob (or 60 g cocoa liquor)
  • 1 tbsp. l. milk powder (optional, for milk chocolate)

How to make a bounty at home - a recipe with a photo:

  1. First of all, we will prepare the “body” of the candy. For the filling, leave a third of the coconut flakes intact, grind the rest in a coffee grinder to flour. Add honey and cocoa butter melted in a water bath to the shavings. Mix thoroughly until wet crumbs.

  2. The second stage is modeling. Form bounty of any shape with a little damp hands - classic bars, flattened coins, cylinders. You can tamp the mass into silicone molds for candy or ice. Place sweets on a plate or board covered with a sheet of parchment (or foil, cling film). Send to the freezer until solidification (for 20-60 minutes).

  3. Cooking the icing.

    Option 1: melt chocolate in a water bath. I usually use homemade, but sometimes I take on fructose at the supermarket, in the diabetic section. You can take the usual one.

    Option 2: melt the cocoa butter in a water bath, add honey, mix well, add sifted cocoa powder (and milk powder, if you prefer milk chocolate) and mix again. I recommend preparing the glaze itself in a water bath to prevent its early thickening.

  4. Remove the candies from the freezer. Glaze - dip in the glaze and take out with a fork and spoon, fold on foil. On the cold surface of the workpieces, chocolate freezes instantly. Return the finished bounty to the freezer for 10-20 minutes.

How to make homemade bounty with cream:

  1. Take one bar out of the refrigerator, prick it with a toothpick and dip in chocolate. Put on a plate, wait until it cools. Repeat with the rest of the bars.
  2. Melt butter, cream and sugar. Add the coconut flakes and stir. Put the mass in a mold and refrigerate for an hour. Cut the mass into bars and refrigerate again overnight.
  3. The next step is frosting. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath. To make it not very thick, add a little vegetable oil.
  4. Refrigerate for a while.

This is practically all that is needed. First you need to prepare the filling. To do this, melt the butter, add sugar to it and mix thoroughly. After the sugar has melted, add the cream and the coconut flakes. Mix everything again carefully. The mass must be laid out in a square shape and refrigerated for at least an hour. It is very important that the coconut flakes absorb moisture. After that, without removing it from the mold, we cut the mass into bars and return it to the refrigerator overnight.

We begin the morning with the preparation of the glaze. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath. If it is too thick, you can add a little vegetable oil. After the glaze has cooled down a little, we take out the coconut mass from the refrigerator. Each bar can be pricked with a toothpick and dipped in chocolate icing. If you can't cope with a toothpick, put the bars on a fork or spatula. Put the finished Bounty on a plate, put it in the refrigerator and hold on firmly until the glaze hardens.

Bounty chocolate, condensed milk recipe

This recipe has more calories, but tastes much better and cooks faster. We prepare the following ingredients:

  • 350 g coconut flakes;
  • a can of condensed milk;
  • 200 g of chocolate.

Mix coconut flakes with condensed milk. Let the mass stand for about an hour. In the meantime, you can prepare the icing - melt the chocolate in a water bath. After that, we use our hands to sculpt small sausages from the coconut mass. After that, dip each sausage in the melted icing and leave until the chocolate hardens.

If you cook Bounty at home, the recipe can be slightly changed. You can add vanillin to the coconut mass - it turns out very interesting. Some housewives add candied fruits, but it is very important not to overdo it. You may also want to make chocolate yourself. It's very simple too. To make chocolate, you only need three ingredients - butter, cocoa powder and sugar.

We take everything by eye, because the amount of chocolate depends on the amount of butter. It needs to be melted in a water bath, then add sugar and cocoa. You choose the quantity based solely on your preferences. Chocolate is considered normal when it resembles thick sour cream in consistency. After that, the mass must be boiled for literally 1-2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.

If you prefer milk chocolate, the recipe is as follows. We take twice as much milk as sugar. First, mix the sugar with the cocoa. Add milk and mix everything diligently again. After that, it remains to add only the melted butter. Further - as in the previous recipe.
