Knead canned fish.

Everything is simple here: we mix sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs and flour, add a pinch of salt and soda - it's done.

Add flour in full spoons, with a hill.

Grease a mold with butter and pour half of the dough. As always, I cannot divide the dough equally, but no matter how unevenly I distribute it, the pie still turns out.

Lay out the grated potatoes on top.

The next layer is onion.

Then mashed canned food, and fill this flaky with the remaining dough.

I bake it at a temperature of 170 degrees in the oven, according to the recipe it is 45 minutes, but I usually bake it longer. Readiness can be easily determined by the color of the cake, this is how yellow-brown it should be.

Recipe 4: pie with saury and potatoes with mayonnaise

Pie with saury and potatoes is a simple and affordable in terms of ingredients, but very satisfying dish that can be served separately with tea (compote) or instead of bread for soup. Another advantage is excellent taste both hot and cold. The total cooking time (including baking) is 75-80 minutes.

The fish for the filling should be not greasy and contain a minimum of bones. Both fresh and canned saury will do. Canned food does not require preliminary preparation, and fresh fish must first be soaked for 30 minutes, peeled, fillet cut into pieces, rinsed well with water and salted for 1-2 hours.

  • potatoes - 5 pieces (medium);
  • saury (canned or fresh) - 200 grams;
  • onions - 2 pieces;
  • wheat flour (premium) - 6 tablespoons; mayonnaise - 200 grams;
  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • sour cream - 150 grams;
  • vegetable oil - for greasing a baking sheet and frying onions;
  • salt to taste.

Combine flour, sour cream, mayonnaise and eggs in a deep bowl. You should get a homogeneous batter about the size of pancakes or a little thicker.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, then pour half of the batter in an even layer.

Cut the peeled onions into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown. Roasting is optional.

Peel the potatoes, cut into slices 3-4 millimeters thick or chop on a coarse grater.

Place canned saury on a plate (without liquid) and mash with a fork. Fresh - cut into slices 4-5 mm thick.

Arrange the potatoes with the bottom layer of the pie. Salt. Then evenly distribute saury and onions (last top layer).

Pour saury with potatoes and onions with the second half of the dough.

Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Place a baking sheet, bake for 45-50 minutes.

Remove the finished pie with potatoes and saury from the oven. Cool slightly and cut into portions. Serve hot or cold.

Recipe 5: homemade kefir potato pie with saury

Fish pie on kefir dough in 5 minutes. You can choose any fish, but saury or pink salmon are best suited.

  • Egg 3 pcs in the dough + 2 pcs in the filling (boil)

  • Green onions 2-3 sprigs
  • 1 sachet yogurt starter (Orsik company)
  • Milk 1 liter (pasteurized)

First of all, we will make homemade kefir, for this you will need 1 liter of pasteurized milk at room temperature and 1 sachet of Orsik's kefir starter culture. We mix the leaven and milk, put it in a warm place overnight.

In the morning we get a thick and tasty kefir. We put the kefir in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, and the kefir is ready for use.

We combine dry and liquid ingredients. The dough is the consistency of thick sour cream.

We mix. All ingredients for the filling: fish, eggs, green and onions. You can add salt and pepper to taste.

Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. We spread half of the dough, as in the photo.

Recipe 6: yeast pie with saury and potatoes (with photo)

  • 700 g yeast dough
  • 0.7 kg potatoes
  • 1 head of onion
  • 1 canned fish in oil (saury)

Knead the dough and divide into 2 parts. The first part is rolled out into a layer with a thickness of about 0.5 mm in the shape of a baking sheet. Put on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Put chopped potatoes on top of the dough.

Top with canned fish mashed with a fork.

Roll out the remaining dough and cover the pie with it on top. We pinch the edges of the upper and lower parts of the dough and bend them to the top. Use a fork to pierce the top of the cake and around the edges. In the middle of the pie, make a small hole in the dough and carefully pour the butter from the canned food into it.

We bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes (well, or until golden brown). We shift the pie from the baking sheet, cover with parchment, “warm” (for example with a towel) and let it brew for 30 minutes. The pie is ready. Bon Appetit.

We clean the onion from the husk, chop it in a way convenient for us. Next, pass it with the addition of oil until golden brown in a pan.

Open the canned food and knead its contents with a fork.

Pour part of the dough into the prepared form.

Put potato circles on it, sprinkle them with salt and spices.

and cover it with fried onions.

Pour out the rest of the dough so that it completely covers the filling.

We bake the cake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.

Let the pie cool, cut it in portions and serve for dinner.

It will come in handy in the most unexpected situations when you need to make something tasty and original in a hurry.

Serve hot saury and potato pie with kefir, you can cut it with fresh vegetables (cucumber, tomato, bell pepper).

Recipe 9: pie with saury and potatoes in a slow cooker

Today we are sharing an improved version of my fish pie adapted for cooking in a multicooker.

  • potatoes - 3 - 4 pcs.;
  • sour cream - 350 g;
  • salt to taste;
  • baking soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • wheat flour - 350 g;
  • canned saury - 2 cans;
  • chicken eggs - 4 pcs.

Most often I use canned fish, but it can always be replaced with fresh fillets.

I clean my potatoes (or rather, I call my husband to peel them).

I cut it into not very large strips and send it to the pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

The recipe for jellied saury pie is written in my old, cherished culinary notebook, which I have been keeping since my student days. At that time, I collected in my piggy bank only fast food dishes that did not require much time and consisted of the simplest ingredients. They are also called quick recipes.

In the common student kitchen, of the three electric stoves, only one worked. At any time of the day, hungry students crowded around her, waiting for the burner to be free to prepare food.

But the oven was often free. Therefore, we quickly came up with what to "bungle" in the oven? They cooked casseroles with cereals, fried potatoes on a baking sheet.

More often they dispensed with jellied pies, and not sweet ones, using chicken, fish, cabbage, minced meat as a filling. If only it was more satisfying. Canned saira in oil took a worthy place among the fillings filled with batter.

The main ingredient in this dish is fish, canned in oil. Of course, you can choose any other canned fish. For example, not in oil, but in natural juice. Or buy a completely different type of canned food. Delicious pie is also obtained with fresh fish. Only for this, it needs to be cut and all the bones are separated to get a tender fillet. But it takes so long ...

And saury is a ready-to-eat product. I also love this canned food because it is low in calories.

There are only 88 calories per 100 g of product. It also differs in that in the presence of protein (about 18 g / 100 g), there are absolutely no carbohydrates in it. And only about 2 g of fat.

And at the same time, the fish saturates the body:

  • A useful set of vitamins (A, B, D, E) for all organs and systems, carrying nutrition and energy;
  • Antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids, essential for brain function;
  • Minerals that nourish and support the cardiovascular system;

A simple recipe for a delicious jellied pie

This fish tastes well with onions. And not only with onions, but also with green. And the presence of vegetables in one dish with it only emphasizes its taste.

This time, to enhance the satiety and saturation of the taste nuances of the dish, we will add onions and potatoes. They put it raw, because the dish has to languish in the oven and the vegetable has time to cook.

Among the components for the filling you will need:

  • 1 can of saury (canned food);
  • 4 potato tubers;
  • 1 head of onion;

For batter:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 6-8 tablespoons of flour;
  • 250 ml mayonnaise;
  • 250 ml sour cream;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • a pinch of baking soda;

Cooking a pie in the oven

We open a jar of fish. We drain the liquid in any case, even if there is very little of it.

Knead the pieces using a fork. This can be done directly in the jar, but it is still better to transfer them to a separate container. If desired, you can add your favorite spices to the fish.

We clean the onion from the upper scales and chop it with a knife into small cubes.

Peel and grate raw potato tubers with a coarse-mesh grater. Many housewives cut it into thin slices or straws. You can do it however you like.

Now let's get down to the dough. Beat the eggs with a whisk, mixing with baking soda and salt.

Add mayonnaise and sour cream and mix well.

Pour flour into the liquid base and knead the dough mass.

Do not forget to sift the flour through a sieve. You will not only be sure that no foreign inclusions will get into the baked goods, but the product itself will surprise you with its lush texture.

The dough should be liquid, without lumps. To easily pour out of the pan (like liquid sour cream).

Pour half the dough (less) with an even, thin layer on the bottom of the frying pan. Spread potato chips evenly over the entire surface.

Distribute the onion on top.

Lay out the mashed fish with the last layer.

Cover the contents of the frying pan with an even layer of batter.

If there are small gaps left when pouring, don't worry. You don't have to work and spread the dough with a spoon. Typically, such manipulations break all layers of the pie. When baking, the mass will rise and the surface of the product will become flat.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dish for about 30-35 minutes. Baking times may vary slightly depending on the oven itself. Therefore, we check the readiness of the product by piercing it with a toothpick or fork.

Jellied pie with saury and potatoes turns out to be lush and delicate in taste. Nourishing pastries can replace a full dinner. We invite our relatives to drink tea.

Good afternoon dear friends! Do you like fish? I think most gourmets will answer this question in the affirmative. One of the advantages of this product is that it is ideal for any baked goods, adding juiciness and flavor. And today I want to tell you about a dish called aspic fish pie. It bakes quickly, does not require a lot of time and culinary skills. And products for it can be found in any store. My beloved mother taught me how to cook such a dish, now I bake for my men and they really like it 🙂

Most often, canned foods like saury or pink salmon in their own juice are used as a filling, but other options can be used. It turns out very tasty with the addition of fresh fish or minced meat from it.

If you still have boiled fish (for example, from fish soup), feel free to use it in baking! You can add any ingredients - boiled eggs, green onions, cook with cabbage and other vegetables. And on a holiday, I recommend making a filling of red fish, potatoes or rice - it turns out incredibly appetizing. And the dough can be kneaded with milk, sour cream or mayonnaise - in any case, it turns out to be tender and tasty.

When my son grew up a little, such a dish became a real salvation for me. Children, as you know, do not always like healthy food, so they had to indulge in a trick. For the dish, I use fresh, well-deboned pink salmon, and combine it with broccoli and boiled potatoes. The son agrees to eat unloved foods only in this form, since they are absolutely not felt in the dish.

Quick pie with sardine from aspic dough with sour cream and mayonnaise

A quick dish of canned sardines that can be substituted for boiled fish. The dough with the addition of sour cream and mayonnaise is denser and more satisfying than kefir. To me, it looks more like yeast baked goods. The filling is prepared with the addition of fried onions with any herbs, which makes it especially tasty and aromatic.

Hello dear readers. Today I want to tell you how to make a jellied kefir pie with canned fish. This type of baking belongs to quick recipes, so to speak, in a hurry. Even without outstanding culinary skills, any beginner can bake one. But despite the simplicity of manufacture, the taste of such a dish is very high.

I already told you how to do it. They are very similar to each other, differ only in the filling. But this small difference makes the taste fundamentally different, finding its admirers. The most important thing in a fish recipe is to buy good canned food. It can be sardines, saury, tuna and others. The main thing is that they are either in oil or in their own juice.

The pie turns out to be tastier if the fish in the jar is whole pieces, since there is canned food for salads, in which the fish is already chopped. Canned food with tomato sauce is also not suitable.

The general cooking technology is simple. In a baking dish, the filling is placed between the layers of batter. But read how to do this below.

Let's start with a simple and delicious recipe for canned fish pie. It is prepared very simply, the ingredients are available, but it turns out to be very tasty.

Ingredients:
for the test:
