In our recipes and experiments with breast, we came to the conclusion that it may well be juicy, even if baked in the oven, and even more so the sauce made from chicken breast turned out to be very tasty. The main thing is to add dairy products - whether it's kefir, cream, or as in this case sour cream with milk, in which the chicken will be stewed under the foil.

Cooking chicken breast with sour cream

Dismantle the chicken breast into large pieces (in half or into three parts). We wash and remove all kinds of films from fillets.
Peel and crush the garlic with a press. You can cut it with a knife, but then crush the garlic slightly after slicing.
Add a spoonful of sour cream, lemon juice and milk to the garlic. We mix.
Meanwhile, sprinkle the meat with red and black pepper, salt. Lightly crush the spices into the meat.
Put the chicken breast in the sauce and mix thoroughly and marinate for 40-50 minutes.
We spread the meat and pour the rest of the sauce into a deep baking sheet, dish or plate.
Cover with foil and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the foil, raise the temperature to 200 degrees and put the chicken breast there for another 15 minutes.

Serving chicken breast straight out of the oven on lettuce leaves with any vegetable side dish or cereals (goes very well with boiled rice, seasoned with butter).

The amount of milk and sour cream can be adjusted to your taste during cooking or depending on the amount of chicken. Also, if you have a wide baking sheet, then you will need more sour cream sauce for the breast.

This is the first time I try such juicy white meat - even fillet with vegetables is slightly inferior in taste. And how easy it is to cook chicken breast in sour cream - pour it over, sprinkle it with spices, put it in the oven, and in less than an hour a delicious dinner is ready!

According to this recipe, you can cook chicken breast both with sour cream and in cream. But in the second case, the dish will be much fatter.

Ingredients:

  • 2 halves of chicken breast;
  • 1 cup sour cream or less;
  • A little vegetable oil to lubricate the mold;
  • Salt, ground black pepper to your liking;
  • Ground red pepper - a pinch, optional;
  • Paprika - ¼ teaspoon;
  • Turmeric - ¼ teaspoon;
  • 30 g of hard cheese;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic.

Instructions:

Rinse and dry the chicken fillet, rub with spices and place in a small baking dish, greased with sunflower oil. Let it stand for about 20 minutes, marinate.


Let's prepare a sour cream filling by mixing sour cream with salt, red and black pepper, paprika and turmeric. You can add dried herbs - dill, thyme. Pass the garlic through a press or grate it on a fine grater and also add to the sauce.
