Chop the meat into pieces, finely chop the onion. You can grind it in a meat grinder, through a wire rack with large cells. A large amount of onions makes the products juicier. Grind the cumin seeds in a mortar, add to the minced meat. Sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well.

If you want your juices to be regular, round. Then it is more convenient to roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles using a cup or saucer. Sprinkle the circles with flour, put them in a pile, on top of each other. Put minced meat on each dough piece and pinch the edges.
