  1. First you need to prepare squid fillets for salad. It doesn't matter if meat is frozen or fresh, it is processed the same way. It is necessary to boil such an amount of water so that you can fill the carcasses with your head. The film will come off immediately. And the one that did not go away will very easily go away with your help.
  2. To do this, you need to drain the boiling water and remove the remnants of the "skin" under cold, running water.
  3. Without leaving the water, you need to pull out the chord (transparent flexible spine of the squid) and the rest of the insides. Rinse the inside of the empty carcass.
  4. The next tricky step is to boil the squid. To do this, you need to prepare a saucepan with water, as for boiled chicken. That is, a little salt, peppercorns and bay leaves. But further it is a little different. As soon as the water boils, lower the carcass for ten seconds and remove. Surprisingly, the squid is ready! If you keep it in water for longer, the meat will become rubbery. This will ruin the salad, so don't experiment at this stage.
  5. Cut the finished squid into small cubes.
  6. Shrimp also won't take up a little of your time. This is a very delicate and tender meat that can likewise turn into a piece of gum if overcooked.
  7. You need to boil the water, seasoning it with a little salt. When the water boils, add all the peeled (!) Shrimp and cook for no more than two minutes.
  8. Shrimp carcasses are so small that there is no need to chop them.
  9. In order not to sit for a long time with crabs, we recommend taking canned food. Precisely canned crab meat, not crab sticks. Drain and mash the meat with a fork.
  10. Boil eggs until cooked. Cool in cold water and peel. Cut into cubes.
  11. Wash the onion, chop finely.
  12. Open a can of corn, drain the liquid.
  13. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes too. If the raw skin is bitter, be sure to peel it, otherwise the bitterness will ruin the whole salad.
  14. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl: squid, crab meat, eggs, cucumbers, leeks and corn. Season with mayonnaise, salt, stir, garnish with caviar and shrimp on top and serve.

Tip: You can use crab sticks instead of meat. There is nothing wrong. But if you still want a more sophisticated and expensive salad, use crab meat.

Royal seafood salad

It will be colored because of its variety and a little lighter than the previous one in its content. Many different products will complement caviar and squid this time, and the taste of the finished dish will pleasantly surprise you.

Grocery list:

  • 2 raw squids;
  • 50 grams of red caviar;
  • 1 medium tomato;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 10 pieces of olives;
  • 1 small head of iceberg;
  • 5 grams of oregano.

Royal Seafood Salad:

  1. Peel the onion and rinse under water to remove the released white juice. If you don't, it is this white liquid that will make you cry.
  2. Finely chop the onion and set aside.
  3. Wash the cucumber and cut into cubes. Taste its rind in advance. It must be removed if the fruit is bitter.
  4. Wash the tomato and preferably blanch. Means to peel. This is very easy to do. On a raw tomato, make a cruciform incision on the side opposite from the stalk.
  5. At the same time, boil a saucepan with water, which will fit the tomato. As soon as the water boils, throw it into the water. Do not touch for one minute.
  6. After a minute, pull the tomato out and sharply lower it into cold water for 30-60 seconds.
  7. With the help of such manipulations, the peel will easily come off and the tomato can be cut into cubes. This is not necessary, but it tastes much better without the peel.
  8. Wash lettuce leaves and place on the bottom of the dish.
  9. Cut the olives into rings by removing them from the jar.
  10. Pour boiling water over whole squid carcasses. The film will move away from this temperature. Remove the rest of the film under running water. In the same place, pull out a chord of squid and other entrails. Rinse the inside of the carcass and dry it.
  11. Cut the squid into rings.
  12. Fry the squid rings in a preheated pan with oil. Fry for no more than three minutes. You cannot turn squid meat into rubber.
  13. Combine tomatoes and cucumbers, squid rings, onions, olives. Stir, garnish with caviar on top .. Sprinkle with salt, oregano and season with olive oil.

Royal seafood salad

  • 12 pieces of mini squid;
  • 100 g shrimp;

  • 100 grams of smoked suluguni;
  • 20 grams of parsley;

  1. Cut the boiled squid carcasses into thin strips and set aside.
  2. Peel the onions, rinse and cut into half rings.
  3. It is better to taste the onion, if it tastes bitter, you can pour boiling water over it for a few minutes or even marinate it in a vinegar solution. Pickled onions, by the way, will make the salad more spicy (note).
  4. Boil eggs until firm yolk. That is, until complete readiness. It will take less than four minutes. No need to be surprised, quail eggs are about five times smaller than chicken eggs in size, respectively, and they need to cook less time.

The recipe for this dish is quite complicated in execution, but in case of a "positive ending", not only guests will be glad, but also the chef himself, who was able to reach a new level of culinary skills. There are also many ways to make this salad, with shrimp, crab, avocado and pineapple. The most popular and, in my opinion, the classic recipe will be considered here.

The recipe will require:

Light salted salmon - 250g;
Cheese - two varieties, hard and soft, 150g each;
Onions - 1pc;
Egg - 4 pcs;
Yogurt - 100g;
Mustard powder - 1 teaspoon;
Red caviar 50-60gr;

Cooking a dish:

The royal salad with salmon and red caviar consists of four layers.

To begin with, you should marinate the onions so that you do not have to wait, but also not “smother” it, so you should not marinate for more than 15 minutes. For this, the onion is finely chopped and placed in a marinade consisting of water and vinegar in a ratio of 3/2, you can add a little sugar (1 teaspoon) to remove the taste of the vinegar. Now you need to boil the eggs hard, separate the proteins and grate them. Add the grated hard cheese and lay out the first layer.

Now let's start preparing the dressing. Mix 1 egg yolk (raw) with yogurt, add mustard powder and salt to taste. Whisk thoroughly. The sauce is ready. We coat the first layer with it and start preparing the second.

This recipe was borrowed on a trip to Kamchatka, where seafood is in abundance, and residents do not have the desire to bother too much over the dish. Shrimp - 150g;
