The main filling is boiled beets. We rub it on a fine grater. Chop the dill and mix it with the beets. We fill this mixture, salt and pepper. The onion cut into rings will serve as a decoration for us. Its ring mode is for decorating the top layer.

Fill the tartlet with beets and place the onion ring on top.

Cut the herring into thicker pieces and place it on top of the onion. Decorate with herbs. For decoration, you can use olives, red caviar.

It will be very nice and appetizing. I drank a shot of vodka and ate a tartlet like this.


Tartlets with chicken salad and pickled mushrooms

We use chicken salad and pickled mushrooms for tartlets.

In this salad we will put chicken fillet, mushrooms, several eggs and tomatoes. It is an alternative to pâté and fish salads.

You will need:

  • cucumber - 2 pcs,
  • tomato - 2 pcs,
  • onions - 1 pc,
  • green salad - 4-5 leaves,
  • olive oil - a tablespoon
  • lemon juice - 0.5 tablespoon
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Cut fresh, well-washed vegetables into very small cubes. You can cut the skin off the cucumber if it tastes bitter. Tear the salad by hand into small pieces. Cut the onion into thin strips. Mix vegetables.

For dressing, combine oil and lemon juice in a cup. Season the salad and add a little salt to taste. Serve and enjoy the freshness of summer!
