    While the dough is cooling, prepare the apples. We wash the fruit well with water, dry it and peel it. Then we cut out the core in each apple. Throw away the core and peel, and leave the tails, they will be required for decoration.

    Pour brown sugar into a deep bowl, mix with cinnamon and roll each apple on all sides in this mixture.

    We take the chilled dough out of the refrigerator and distribute it into three even parts. Using a rolling pin, roll out each part of the dough into a thin round layer, form leaves from the remnants of the dough.
