3. Sifted flour twice, add in small portions, without ceasing to stir.

4. Now add the second part of kefir and mix until smooth.

1. Pour salt and sugar into a bowl of eggs. Beat everything well with an ordinary whisk.

2. Add kefir and beat again.

As a result, you should get a homogeneous mass, which we put aside for a while.

3. Pour tea soda into boiling water and stir until dissolved.

4. Pour this water into the egg mass and mix well again for about 5 minutes.

5. Pour in vegetable oil and start adding flour.

As you probably remember, add flour in small portions, constantly stirring the dough.

The finished dough should be smooth, lump-free and slightly runny. Not like water, of course, but it should still be pretty liquid.

6. Let's start baking. Grease a pancake pan with a little oil and heat it well over moderate heat.

I described above how to pour the dough into a frying pan, so I will not repeat myself, but simply say that we need to bake each pancake well on both sides. It takes about 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
