A separate dish is taken, where the yolks separated from the proteins are folded. A pinch of salt is added to them and whipped well with a whisk or mixer. Then milk, flour and baking powder are poured in and all this is thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Beat the protein and sugar separately until a white foam appears, after which they are very carefully added to the dough with a spoon or whisk.

Oil is poured into the resulting mixture and mixed, after which it is immediately poured into a preheated frying pan. For frying, oil is not added there. As soon as bubbles appear, the pancake flips to the other side. After the pancakes are brown enough, the dessert is ready.

Making American pancakes with sour milk or kefir is very simple.

For 4 servings of dessert you will need:

  • 150 g flour.
  • 2 tsp baking powder.
  • 2 tbsp Sahara.
  • ½ tsp soda.
  • 1 chicken egg.
  • 250 ml of yoghurt or 1% kefir.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 2 tbsp oils.

One bowl is taken where flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and soda are mixed, and another, where milk, egg and butter are kneaded. Then both parts are combined, but not completely and lumps should remain in the mixture.

What you need:

  • 100 ml of milk.
  • 1 chicken egg.
  • 120 g flour.
  • 5 tsp Sahara.
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar.
  • 1 tsp baking powder.

The eggs are beaten, after which milk is added to them, both types of sugar. All this is whipped again until smooth. Flour, baking powder is added. The mixture is stirred, then poured into a frying pan without oil and fried over low heat. If the dough burns and sticks, you can add a little vegetable oil to it.

Both sides of the pancakes are fried for 1 minute until bubbles form.

American pancakes with kefir and milk

What you need:

  • 300 g flour.
  • 4 chicken eggs.
  • 250 ml of milk or low-fat kefir.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 3 tbsp Sahara.
  • 1 tsp cinnamon.
  • 2 tsp baking powder.

Eggs are divided into yolks and whites. The yolk is poured into a separate bowl, and the white is removed for a while in the refrigerator. Cinnamon and sugar are added to the first part, everything is evenly whipped with a whisk or mixer. Then milk is poured there and mixed again.

Sifted flour, mixed with baking powder, is introduced into the resulting mixture and all this is whipped until a homogeneous mass without the formation of lumps. The consistency of the dough should be similar to sour cream.

Proteins are taken out of the refrigerator. Salt is added to them and whipped slowly, gradually gaining speed. The foam must be stable. To check this, it is enough to turn the bowl over - if not a drop has spilled, then everything is done as it should.

The finished protein mass is gently transferred into the dough. Mixes with smooth movements. The mixture should be light and airy, resembling a meringue. Then it is poured into a preheated pan or pancake maker and baked on both sides until golden brown without using oil for 1 minute.

Chocolate Pancakes

Melt the butter, pour into a cup and let cool slightly.

Watch out for fire and the product itself. It should bake well and still have a pleasant color. Adjust the burning intensity of the hotplate while baking.


The finished product should be no thinner than 5 - 6 mm in size. and look lush and appetizing.

To compare, you have to try! There are many opinions that baked goods can be tasty only with kefir or milk. So say those who have not eaten the wonderful lean confectionery. Let's start cooking.


Ingredients:

  • eggs 2 pcs.
  • premium flour 260 gr.
  • water 250 ml.
  • sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • sugar 2-3 tbsp

Cooking method:

The first step is to separate the yolks from the whites. We will put the latter in the refrigerator to keep them chilled, then they will be easier to beat. Add water to the yolks, it should be at room temperature. Beat the water with the yolks with a regular whisk.


In a separate bowl, add baking powder to the flour and sift it all, preferably several times so that our baking is airy. Then add flour to the yolks and mix with a spoon. Gently, as if from the bottom up.


Pour in sunflower oil. Stir the dough thoroughly again, without beating it.

Which oil to use - refined or not, you choose yourself, who likes which one more.


We take out the cooled proteins from the refrigerator and beat until stable peaks. After 2-3 minutes. after beating, add sugar and salt, and just stir with a whisk. Gently spread the whipped egg whites to the dough. Gently mix them into the dough with a spoon. Everything is ready, let's start cooking.

Put 1 tbsp into a preheated, dry frying pan. a spoonful of dough with a slide, level it into a thin cake. In this case, the fire should be moderate.


When the bottom surface is browned and the top is covered with bubbles - it's time to turn it over! Prepare the remaining pancakes in the same sequence.
