  7. We leave the dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes, it should come up 2 times during this time.
  8. The first time we crush it, but the second we are already making a pie.

Now the filling:

  1. Boil 1.5-2 cups of water and dilute sugar in it.
  2. Sort the berries and wash.
  3. Pour the boiling syrup over the berries (the syrup should cover the berries) and let stand for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Then drain, let the syrup drain and the berries dry.
  5. You can put simply prepared berries and sprinkle sugar on top of them.
  6. But then the dough inside will be "wet", and not everyone likes it.

  2. Boil the wine in a saucepan and boil down - 85 ml should remain (this will take about 12 minutes) and cool.
  3. Whisk in the softened butter, sugar and eggs in a bowl, then stir in the flour and baking powder.

  5. Transfer the resulting dough to the prepared mold.
  6. Mix the grapes with 10 g flour and sprinkle on the dough with half the Demerara sugar.

  • fresh yolk.

Pie filling:

  • 300 grams of fresh red fish (any);
  • half a large onion;
  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • salt and seasonings to taste;

Step by step description of the recipe:

1. Take two tablespoons of warm water from the total. Dissolve granulated sugar and yeast there. Stir thoroughly to break up all the yeast lumps. Leave for 10 minutes in a warm place.
