A coffee popsicle is ideal for hot weather coffee lovers. To prepare this dessert, you will need special ice cream molds and wooden sticks. The recipe is for 10 servings.
2 cups of cold strong coffee
1 cup heavy cream (0.5 for mixing with the drink and the same for the bottom of the mold)

1. Mix the cream with sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
2. Pour some 1-1.5 cm high cream on the bottom of each mold. Freeze the poured cream until it hardens (about an hour).
3. In a large mug, mix the coffee with the remaining cream and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. We cool down the drink.
4. With chilled coffee with cream, carefully fill the molds up to the top.
5. Cover the top of the mold with foil and insert the sticks. Freeze until completely hardened.
6. To remove the popsicle from the molds, lower the tray into a container of hot water for 15-20 seconds. If the ice cream does not come out, you need to lower the tray again in hot water.
Iced Toasted Coconut Coffee
Delicate iced coconut coffee is one of the best cold coffee drinks.
30g black ground coffee (preferably roasted)
2 cups toasted coconut chunks
8 cups of pure water
1. Place the toasted coconut in a large airtight container of at least 3 liters, add coffee and water. Shake the container to mix the contents. Cover and let sit for 24-36 hours at room temperature.
2. Strain the drink thoroughly through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Strain several times if necessary.

Vietnamese Egg Coffee
Coffee with eggs !? Sounds strange, doesn't it? Egg coffee, it turns out, is drunk not only by Vietnamese. In Norway eggs are used to give the coffee drink a beautiful amber color. It is also a great delicious dessert.
Adding proteins to coffee serves two purposes:
1) Helps coffee particles settle to the bottom faster.
2) Proteins combine polyphenols that impart bitterness to the drink to form insoluble complexes. As a result, the coffee taste becomes softer.

Coffee and chocolate truffles are not only a great delicacy with an amazing taste, they are also a wonderful gift for family and friends. Handmade truffles can be folded into a beautifully decorated bonbonniere and placed under the Christmas tree.
175 g dark chocolate

1. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in an ovenproof dish.
2. Add the cream and coffee and place the container in a pot of boiling water (in a water bath). Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
3. Cool the mass, then beat it a little with a mixer and refrigerate.
4. When the mixture has cooled enough to form a truffle, cut out balls using a French spoon. Form the rest of the mass with your hands, after sprinkling them with cocoa powder. Sprinkle other truffles with cocoa as well.
If you want to taste something very unusual, tasty, sweet and crunchy, try making macarons - a delicacy originally from France. Delicate almond dough filled with creamy chocolate cream intertwines with rich coffee taste - this is a real pleasure for real gourmet coffee!
120 g almond flour
200 g icing sugar
1 tbsp. spoon of espresso coffee
100 g egg white at room temperature
30 g granulated sugar

1/3 Nutella chocolate butter
1. Pour almond flour, icing sugar and espresso into a blender bowl. Grind these ingredients into a fine powder and sieve. If there are lumps, remove them altogether.
2. Whisk the egg whites, salt and tartar until frothy. Reduce the speed of the blender and slowly add the sugar to the mixture (about 1 tsp at a time) while continuing to beat. When all the sugar has been added, turn on the blender at maximum speed until all the lumps are dissolved and the mass looks glossy.
3. Mix the resulting mixture with almond flour until a batter flows continuously from a spoon.
4. Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a large round tip. On a sheet of parchment paper, we form mugs with a diameter of about 2.5-3 cm from the dough.
5. Place the baking sheet on the counter to expel air bubbles from the dough and allow to dry for 30-45 minutes
6. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and bake for 15-20 minutes.
7. After complete cooling, spread the resulting macaroons with Nutella and make sandwiches.
Coconut cowboy coffee
Real cowboy coffee is a drink brewed from what is at hand in a tin can over a campfire. The finished coffee was filtered by cowboys, as a rule, through a sock. In the recipe we offer, there are a minimum of ingredients, as it should be in a drink prepared in the field. Coconut milk brings an element of variety.

Coffee Beans Biscuit with Chocolate
Coffee lovers will love the original cookies in the form of coffee beans - aromatic and tasty products for Sunday coffee
1 tbsp instant coffee
200 g fine-grained cottage cheese
200 g butter
150 g sugar
1 tsp lemon peel
1 tbsp cognac or brandy
pinch of cardamom
270-300 g of premium wheat flour
4 table. tablespoons of cocoa powder
50 g of dark chocolate
1. Dissolve coffee in hot water.
2. Rub the curd through a sieve. Add butter at room temperature to it and beat with a mixer on medium speed for three minutes. Add lemon zest, cardamom, sugar, cognac and cooled instant coffee. Beat again on low speed, gradually adding flour combined with cocoa powder. Knead until the dough mass is homogeneous. Finally add the grated dark chocolate and stir. Place the finished dough in a bag and leave it in the refrigerator for one hour.
3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and, with your hands soaked in water, form the cooled dough into balls with a diameter of 2.5 cm, giving them an oval shape, similar to the shape of a coffee bean.
4. Place them on a baking sheet at a distance of 2 cm from each other. Make indentations in the middle of each cookie blank. To do this, you need to take a wooden skewer by both ends and slightly press it longitudinally onto the dough piece, finally giving them the shape of a coffee bean.
5. Bake cookies in a preheated oven at t 185-190 ° С for 15 minutes.

3. In a mixer, beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.
4. Add some of the flour mixture and sour cream, mix well. Add the rest of the flour and the cappuccino. Stir until smooth.

Espresso(Italian espresso) - a coffee drink prepared by passing hot (about 90 ° C) and pressurized 9 bar water through a filter with ground coffee. The drink is very popular all over the world and, first of all, in the south of Europe - in Italy and Portugal.
Doppio(double). Pour water into a coffee maker, bring to a boil. Then pass the boiling water through the coffee under a pressure of 15 atmospheres. Steam temperature 95 ° С. The espresso preparation time should be between 25 and 30 seconds. After that, immediately repeat the coffee preparation process, then mix both portions in one cup.
Tripplo - triple espresso.
Ristretto(limited), also known as "espresso corto" (Italian for "short") - espresso with less water (10-20 ml), but with a richer taste.
Flat white- espresso (one third) and frothed milk (two thirds), with little or no froth.
Cappuccino- traditionally a mixture of coffee, whipped milk and milk froth (all by one third). Often, cappuccino is made like a latte, but with a lot of foam. If desired, the foam is covered with chocolate chips.
Macchiato(Italian Caffè macchiato) - a coffee drink made from a portion of espresso and a small amount of milk. Also known as espresso macchiato. Like latte, macchiato is the basis for latte art.
Latte(milk) is short for caffellatte, meaning coffee with milk. It is an espresso to which whipped milk is added, with or without a thin layer of froth, depending on preference.
Viennese coffee- coffee with milk, in the preparation of which sorts of coffee with a milder taste are used; sometimes caramel is added.
Latte macchiato(colored milk) is essentially an inverted latte, as the espresso is poured into a cup that already contains milk. Latte macchiato should be distinguished from cafe macchiato.
Fredo... First you need to make a cup of espresso coffee (but take a little more water). Then pour the freshly made coffee into a shaker and add syrup (you can improvise with various syrups, but fruit ones will be prohibited) and milk. A little ice and shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass and enjoy the taste.
Irish... Put 2 tsp in a heated glass goblet. cane sugar, pour in 20 ml of Irish whiskey, stir. Pour in freshly made coffee in a geyser coffee maker, top with whipped cream (preferably vanilla).
Romano... Take a strong cup of espresso and add a slice of lemon to the drink. In some cases, the wedge can be replaced with lemon zest cut into strips, or lemon sprinkles or lemon juice.
Honey Raf Coffee is a mixture of espresso, 11% cream and honey. Unlike other cocktails that contain milk, the ingredients for raff coffee are blended at the very first stage of preparation. After that, the drink is whipped with a cappuccino maker from the coffee machine until a dense and thick foam is obtained.
Glace... Iced coffee is an ordinary coffee with ice cream. Coffee can be used like freshly brewed coffee (the best option), but you can also use regular instant coffee if you don't have a coffee maker on hand.
Mocha, or mocha - a type of Arabica coffee, named after the port city on the Red Sea - Moha. But we are talking about coffee with chocolate.
How to make mocha at home. This requires a clear glass, a small cup of espresso, some chocolate or chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and whole milk. The traditional recipe for mocha: milk is poured into a transparent glass and chocolate is placed, after which the mixture is steamed until its components are mixed. After that, coffee is carefully poured into the milk with chocolate, and the resulting drink is decorated with whipped cream. You can also sprinkle it with chocolate chips.
Lungo(long) - it uses one and a half times more water than is required for regular espresso, resulting in a weaker taste.
Americano- espresso is mixed with hot water, usually in a one-to-one ratio. Long black uses the same principle in reverse order.
Kon-panna- single or double espresso with a cap of whipped cream. It is also called Viennese coffee, although the name of the drink may vary from country to country. Served most often in demitas or in a transparent glass.
Breve(short) - espresso (50%) is mixed with milk (25%) and cream (25%).
Coretto... Coretto coffee is an Italian drink (flavored). It consists of a serving of espresso flavored with liqueur, mostly grappa, and sometimes sambuca or brandy. The drink is also widely known outside of Italy. When ordering a coretto, you should clarify what kind of alcoholic beverage you want to season your coffee. In northern Italy, coffee with grappa (grape vodka) is popular for breakfast.
Raf coffee is a mixture of espresso, 11% cream and vanilla sugar syrup. Unlike other cocktails that contain milk, the ingredients for raff coffee are blended at the very first stage of preparation. After that, the drink is whipped with a cappuccino maker from the coffee machine until a dense and thick foam is obtained.
Marocino... Ingredients: Chocolate syrup - 10 ml. Espresso coffee - 30 ml. Milk - 15 ml. The total volume of the drink is 60 ml.
The drink is served in a heated glass glass with a capacity of 80 ml. Pour the mixture of espresso and chocolate syrup into a glass glass, put the frothed milk on top, garnish with grated chocolate. It is necessary to achieve stratification of the drink into two parts, the frothed milk and the mixture (espresso and syrup).
Bicherin(Bicerin, drink. Small glass) is a coffee-based drink that appeared in Turin (Italy).
Ingredients: 250 ml milk, 90 grams of semi-sweet chocolate, 50 ml of espresso or strong coffee, whipped cream or ice cream
First, rub a handful of chocolate. Then pour into a saucepan and fill with milk. Bring to a boil, whisk the mixture for 1 minute, then remove the saucepan from the heat.
Now we will prepare strong coffee or espresso in a separate glass. Pour the chocolate mixture into a coffee glass. Then add coffee in a thin stream. For garnish, add whipped cream or ice cream on top.
Prepare a very strong coffee, cool it down. Add cold milk / cream / ice cream to taste and some ice cubes. Whisk all the ingredients in a blender on high speed for about 20 seconds to break the ice into small pieces.
Serve in chilled glasses with a straw, you can put a scoop of ice cream on top, pour over with chocolate syrup.
Prepare 3 cups of coffee, cool it down. In a blender, combine chilled coffee, peppermint extract, 1 cup milk, 8 tbsp. tablespoons of chocolate syrup and crushed ice, beat until foam appears. Serve in tall glasses with a straw, garnished with mint leaves.
Prepare 1 cup of coffee and chill it.
Put 100 g of ice cream (vanilla, chocolate or coffee) in wine glasses. Pour with chocolate syrup (~ 2 tablespoons). Add chilled coffee carefully. In each glass, place a large spoonful of whipped cream and sprinkle with colored candy crumbs.
Boil 4 g of cardamom seeds in 300 ml of water for 5 minutes. Cool this aromatic mixture, strain and make coffee with this water. Put a large piece of ice in tall glasses and pour in freshly made coffee.

2. "Java". Fill a blender halfway with ice cubes and chop. Add 4 tablespoons each of the chocolate syrup and chocolate chips, and 4 cups of freshly brewed strong coffee. Pour the mixture into several tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup or chocolate shavings.
3. "Maharashtra". Prepare an espresso in the coffee machine. Then add 0.5 cups of milk, ¼ tsp. cardamom, a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg and 2 tsp. Sahara.
