- salt - a large pinch;
- sugar - 1 tsp. (no slide);
- odorless vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l. in dough + for frying;
- baking powder or baking soda - 1/2 tsp;
- chicken selected eggs - 3 pcs. (boil) + 1 (into dough);
- green onions - 10-12 stems.
Recipe with photo step by step:
1. Kefir should not be too cold, so that gluten is quickly released from the flour when kneading the pancake dough. Therefore, either preheat it a little in the microwave, literally 30 seconds, or take it out of the refrigerator a few hours before cooking. Beat in an egg. It shouldn't be too cold either.
2. Add some granulated sugar. It is absolutely necessary, even though we are not preparing sweet pancakes. It will balance the taste of kefir.
3. Add some salt.
4. Add baking soda. The baking soda will make the pancake dough airy and porous, and the pancakes will be fluffy and soft. You do not need to extinguish soda, kefir will cope with this. Stir gently. The mass will begin to bubble. Wait for the reaction to almost fade away.
5. Pour in the sifted flour. You can - in portions, you can - all at once.
6. Stir gently until smooth. There should be no lumps. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
7. Pour in refined vegetable oil. Stir again. Let the dough stand at room temperature for a while, so that the ingredients "make friends" with each other.
