How to make ghee at home

I will give a recipe for ghee, similar in properties to Ghee (Ghee) butter. There are several ways to get ghee

How to choose butter

It is best to take homemade cow oil, since a rare manufacturer will not add additives to the product and especially everyone is guilty of adding vegetable oils. If it is not possible to buy such butter, we buy ordinary butter in the store, necessarily made in accordance with GOST, with the highest fat content of 82% and the quality of which you are sure. To prepare ghee, we need:

We collect the foam in a cup, but do not throw it away, it is also healthy and tasty, add it to frying or porridge.

To get good ghee, melt it until the solid proteins and sugars that have settled to the bottom darken to a light caramel brown color.
