For one serving, prepare:

  • Cream 10% - one tablespoon;
  • Condensed milk - no more than one tablespoon;
  • Instant coffee - one teaspoon;
  • Crushed ice - one or two tablespoons;
  • Water is half a two-hundred-gram glass.

How to make

Everything is delicious with nuts. Since childhood, many people know that the daily use of nuts is necessary and important for the body. And there is no need to talk about the value of walnuts and pistachios, this is just an axiom.

To prepare one portion you will need:

  • Only cooked black coffee - 40 ml;
  • Milk with a fat content of 2.5% - 40 milliliters;
  • Vanilla ice cream - two balls, 50 grams each;
  • Cane sugar - at will and to taste, but not more than 1 tbsp. spoons;
  • Chopped walnuts - half a teaspoon;
  • Pistachios are half a teaspoon.


Preparation

We find the best glass in our home collection of tableware. We prepare black natural coffee in any way possible. In still hot we put sugar, if there is such a desire, and milk. Stir and cool to about ten degrees. Basically, while you fiddle with the other ingredients, it will cool off on its own.

    I put 3 teaspoons of freshly ground coffee in a Turk - for two servings. Usually calculated like this: 1 teaspoon for each cup, plus 1 extra spoon for strength. If the Turks are not there, you can brew an espresso in any way you can, for example, in a coffee maker or in a French press. Just do not use instant coffee, the taste will be completely different!

    For flavor, I add a pinch of ground cinnamon. Immediately put sugar in - here focus exclusively on your taste, but do not forget that ice cream will also be used. If you add 1 teaspoon, the coffee will be slightly sweet.

    I pour cold water into the Turk - drinking water, preferably spring or purified water, because the taste of the water will directly affect the quality of the coffee drink. Stir thoroughly with a spoon and put the container on the stove. I set up the smallest fire. As soon as the foam starts to rise, I immediately remove the Turk from the stove, not allowing the drink to boil. After a minute, I return the turk to the burner, to the minimum heat and repeat the procedure, thus the taste and aroma of the coffee bean will be revealed to the maximum extent.

    I completely cool the drink in a Turk (the longer it is infused, the stronger the coffee will turn out, you can put it in the refrigerator). Then I filter it through a fine sieve to remove all sediment, and pour it into cups or into portion glasses.

    On top of a slide in each container I spread a portion of ice cream - 3-4 balls per cup. Vanilla or creamy ice cream, creme brulee or ice cream with condensed milk will do. It is very important to use a quality product that is free of palm oil.

    For decoration, grated chocolate, ground cinnamon or cocoa powder are traditionally used, a very tasty combination with crushed nuts, slightly dried in a dry frying pan. You can serve the drink in cups or glasses, with teaspoons or with cocktail tubes.

When it comes to the calorie content of a product such as coffee with ice cream, it is never possible to estimate for sure how many calories you will receive as a result, because a lot depends on the serving size, as well as on the amount of ice cream and its calorie content. After all, each manufacturer makes ice cream in its own way and way. Therefore, the calorie content of iced coffee can be calculated only offhand, it is extremely difficult to accurately determine this value.

So, 450 ml of glaze accounts for about 120-150 kcal, in contrast to Americano, which contains 5 kcal in 200 ml of drink. Ice cream adds such a high calorie content to natural coffee. To make coffee with ice cream at home, take 2 teaspoons of ground coffee (preferably Arabica, but you can also Robusta), 300 ml of still filtered water and 100 grams of ice cream of your choice. Sugar can be added as desired.

First, you need to prepare a strong espresso correctly. Of course, you can just take 2 teaspoons of instant coffee and pour boiling water over it, but such a coffee drink will not be able to convey all the taste qualities of a real glaze.

So, we take 2.5 teaspoons of roasted ground coffee (if you wish, you can grind it yourself), pour coffee into a Turk or cezve, fill it with water and set it to boil on the stove. While brewing coffee, you can gently stir the liquid with a spoon. It is worth preparing such coffee before the beginning of the boiling process, that is, before the first bubbles appear.

Next, we filter the brewed coffee through a sieve so that there is no coffee grounds left. If you drink iced coffee with sugar, then it's time to add it. Next, take 2 scoops of your favorite ice cream and put them in a coffee container. Then, very carefully and slowly, gradually pour in the freshly brewed drink to the ice cream.

The classic glaze is ready. But for complete pleasure, it remains to make the decoration of the drink.

You can sprinkle it with grated milk chocolate or sprinkle the syrup on top of the ice cream. Insert a thin straw into a mug and enjoy the wonderful aroma and taste of invigorating and cooling iced coffee.

To do this, take natural ground coffee (10-20 grams, depending on the desired strength of the drink), 150 ml of filtered water without gas. Brew coffee and strain it. If you do not want to make coffee for some reason and you have a hot Americano on hand, then it is perfect for our purpose.

While the coffee is cooling, take 2 fresh chicken eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with sugar (1.5 tablespoons) or powdered sugar (3 tablespoons). Whisk the yolk mixture with a mixer or blender until frothy. Then carefully mix the whipped yolks with the coffee and put the mug over low heat, ideally in a steam bath.

Stir the coffee and egg mixture regularly, and remove from heat after 15-20 minutes. Leave the coffee drink alone for another 10-15 minutes to cool slightly. Then take a few scoops of ice cream and add it to the coffee.

The egg coffee is ready. For decoration, you can use chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) and pour over with chocolate topping.

Irish

This recipe is very simple, but a pleasant taste and playful mood will be provided from it.

Take 2 teaspoons of 100% Arabica and 100 ml of water, make strong coffee. Separate the coffee grounds from the liquid and pour into a beautiful whiskey glass. Add 20 to 50 grams of whiskey or scotch tape, depending on your preferences. If you do not like such strong alcohol, you can exchange it for liqueur. Ideally, the alcoholic portion should be 20% of the total coffee beverage.

Banana

First, make a strong coffee. Let it cool down to room temperature (20 degrees Celsius). While the coffee is cooling, take a mixer and cream, whisk this dairy product until frothy.

Milk Glaze is a variant of a more dietary creamy drink. Only in this case, instead of cream, we need a glass of fresh pasteurized cow's milk.

Cream can also be served in separate portions, but the milk jug still looks more aesthetically pleasing.

And real coffee lovers will ask you to serve a glass of clean water without gas to coffee, because a sip of water will help you feel the real taste of coffee by cleansing the taste buds.

What to drink with?

The dessert served with coffee is a very important detail, but many, unfortunately, pay little attention to it, and in vain. After all, a properly selected dessert can enhance the taste of coffee.

The most common dessert served with glaze is chocolate. To emphasize the strength and richness of the taste of the coffee drink, it is better to choose dark chocolate with nuts. By combining glaze and chocolate, the result is a sweet, invigorating aftertaste.

Although chocolate is the most common dessert, it is customary to serve candied fruit for glaze in eastern countries. Candied fruits will help infuse your coffee with floral-fruity notes.

The ideal combination for glaze is cottage cheese desserts such as cheesecake or mascarpone. These light desserts will help make your coffee softer and smoother.

Very often marshmallow or meringue marshmallows are served with iced coffee. These two sweets have the same effect as the curd desserts.

But the main mistake many people make is that coffee is often served with muffins or pies with a rich taste or flavor. Remember, the taste of coffee should not interrupt anything; additives and desserts should only enhance or emphasize it.
