One of the favorite cakes of my childhood is Napoleon. It came out insanely delicious at my grandmother's! What the shops now offer under the popular name does not even come close to that amazing pastry ... And to cook on your own "Napoleon", the homemade recipe of which was preserved in my mother's notebooks, alas, does not have enough determination and time. But I really want to remember the taste of childhood, and to please my children. Therefore, I decided to try one of the new ideas - "Napoleon" without baking!

It turned out that I have a lot to choose from! The recipes for "Napoleon" without baking are offered in a variety of ways. The imagination of modern home cooks is rich, which is very pleasing. Comparing these sentences with distant memories, I chose to cook cake "Napoleon" from cookies "Ears"... Sugar flaky cookies themselves resemble crunchy, tender cakes. We take a beautiful dish for cakes and begin to spread the ear cookies on it. Dip the ear cookies well in warm cream and lay out one by one, forming a circle. Place the second circle of cookies on one circle of cookies, and so on until you run out of cookies.
