Place the kneader paddle in the bread maker.
Break eggs into a glass, pour water heated to about 26 degrees to the very top. Pour another 50 ml of water into another glass.

Pour the contents of both glasses into a mold.

Add flour. Add salt, sugar and milk powder immediately.

Cut the soft butter into pieces and place on top of the dry ingredients.

Add yeast. Don't stir!

Important: Try not to get the yeast wet. To do this, pour dry products into the mold so that they completely cover the water.

Place the container with the ingredients in the bread maker.

Lower the lid. Select the "Fast" program on the display. For a light brown crust, select the letter "A".

This is my favorite and most delicious bread in a bread maker. It suits everyone perfectly. Vegetable oil is not indicated in the recipe, but I always add a tablespoon, then the crust turns out to be fried and crispy. The cooking process is very simple - put all the ingredients in the mold and select the "French" program (4 hours). In fact, this program bakes bread for 3 hours 40 minutes, and 20 minutes is heating, but it is better not to use it, but turn it off immediately. Otherwise, the crust of the bread will not be crispy.

This is an old Russian recipe that requires preliminary preparation of the sourdough. This sourdough can then be used to bake another 10-15 loaves. The cooking time for our starter culture will be 18 hours.

Sourdough recipe:
