Recently, I was on vacation with my relatives in Serbia, and for tea they served what we call the most ordinary, standard cupcake. However, the taste was such that I immediately asked to rewrite the recipe for me in order to cook the same for my family and friends. The effect was predictably violent, since no one from our environment even thought that a classic cake could be so tender and delicate, melting in the mouth, and its aroma attracted even a neighbor to the house, who came to ask what this delicious thing was happening in my kitchen.
Today I would like to present you a recipe with pleasure. amazing poppy cake how it is quickly and easily baked in neighboring Serbia - having tried it, you will be surprised, delighted and start cooking such a product very, very often, like me.
Take muffin or cupcake tins (I insist on silicone), but it is best to use a large round silicone baking dish, a pan with a non-stick coating with a volume of 500 ml or more, a small plastic bag, several deep bowls from 400 to 90 ml, a kitchen scale or other measuring utensils, a few tablespoons of tablespoons and teaspoons, a cut gauze, metal whisk, grater, rolling pin, sieve and wooden spatula. I also highly recommend using a mixer or blender to knead food, as without them your cupcake will not have the right texture.
Be sure to make sure that the prepared dishes and utensils are well washed off old fat using standard detergents, since delicate gourmet baked goods in the oven do not tolerate unnecessary impurities.
It can be easy replace walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts, and if you take a little of everything, it will be even better. However, in any case, make sure that they are not old and rancid, as this will make your cupcake bitter.
