Reduce heat and add butter and sugar to the pan. Stir until the poppy absorbs all the milk and the liquid thickens.
Next, we take a blender and interrupt the swollen poppy with it. If there is no blender, use a mortar or pusher. The first option, of course, is many times faster.
The dough is ready, the filling is also ready, let's start preparing the pie itself. Do not be afraid that you will not succeed, everything is very simple. We lay out the dough on a table or board greased with vegetable oil. Roll out a circle or rectangle.
We spread the poppy filling on the dough. We turn the layer into a roll. I would like to add, if, after all, you are not a lover of poppy seeds, then the filling can be of any kind to your taste. This dough is also great for rolls, cakes and pies.
Put the poppy seed roll on a greased baking sheet. Now the scissors come in handy. If you don't have kitchen scissors, try regular scissors, it works great too (just be sure to wash them with soap). Cut off the ends of the roll, they will be used to decorate the middle of the pie. They make a cake in the form of a flower either at the beginning of formation, or at the end.
