  • 1 cans of condensed milk;
  • packs of butter;
  • 200 g of the most beloved nuts (peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.).

To prepare the filling:

  1. mince 500 g of fresh cranberries and 1 large lemon along with the zest;
  2. add 400-500 g of sugar and stir;
  3. refrigerate for several hours to thicken.

Cover the top of the cake with a fragrant berry-fruit mass, grease the sides. Put in the refrigerator overnight to solidify.

After all, it's much more fun and interesting together!

1. Pizza on a baguette

Prepare the base and prepare the toppings, and let the little ones create their own pizza designs. 21. Quesadillas with peanut butter and bananas

Quesadilla is perfectly fine for breakfast - with peanut butter and bananas.

Probably, many mothers are faced with the problem of poor appetite in babies. Most often, it is difficult to feed a child under 10-12 years old - teenagers usually eat better, although not always. Have you ever tried to interest a preschooler or younger student in self-cooking? Believe me - if a child has prepared some dish himself, he will eat it with pleasure, and without any whims!

We offer a selection of simple recipes for what to cook for a child so that he can eat with pleasure:

Frog sandwich

Maybe your child flatly refuses mashed potatoes with a cutlet, soup and pilaf, but almost all children love sandwiches. Help your daughter or son prepare not only delicious, but also healthy and unusual sandwiches.

Finely chop parsley and dill, mix with sour cream and crushed garlic (to taste, by eye!). Cut off one large slice of bread and two large but thin slices of cooked sausage without lard. Spread sour cream paste on both sides of the bread, put the bread between two slices of sausage. This is the head of the frog. Instead of a peephole, there are olives that need to be inserted into small cuts. Put the "head" on a leaf of lettuce, spread sprigs of curly parsley and "lily" from boiled eggs around. To make a beautiful flower, cut the egg in half across, cut each half with a small knife in triangles - these will be lily petals.

Sunflower sandwich

Spread sour cream on a round or square slice of bread. Arrange the yellow bell pepper in a circle in the form of sunflower petals, cut into neat slices. Instead of the middle - capelin or pollock caviar, option - finely chopped sprats. Put a ladybug with egg dots on a flower from a slice of olive and half a cherry tomato.

Delicious snowman

Few children are enthusiastic about rice. Change this situation! Just cook a little salted rice and invite your child to roll several balls of different sizes out of it and make snowmen. Let the snowman have not three balls, but two - the top one needs to be decorated with eyes, a nose and a mouth from any improvised products (boiled carrots, beets, green onions, olives, etc.), and a hat. On the lower, larger ball - make "buttons" and a scarf from the same carrots, attach mittens. For this purpose, you can pre-cut thin layers of cheese, boiled carrots and beets and invite your child to turn them into a hat, scarf and mittens using scissors. A snowman made of rice should be arranged on a "clearing" of greens, broccoli or cabbage salad, pieces of meat, boiled and grated beets, and other vegetables should be arranged in heaps around - and you will get a full meal for the child!

Sea octopus

You can make beautiful, almost real octopuses from ordinary sausages! Have the child carefully make cuts on one of the ends of a thin sausage, reaching almost the middle - these will be the tentacles. Sausages need to be boiled, and then nicely laid out on a flat plate "tentacles". Offer the child to make eyes - for example, from green peas. And you can arrange the seabed with the help of canned corn, greens (seaweed), vegetables.

Another option with sausages. Have your child pierce the entire sausage lengthwise with thin spaghetti, a bunch for each sausage. Then boil it all together for 5 minutes. The kid will eat such an interesting dish with pleasure!

Cake "Potato"

For dessert, you can make everyone's favorite delicacy. Instruct your child to grind 200 g of shortbread cookies and 50 g of nuts. Now let him add 3 tablespoons of condensed milk and mix with his hands. It is better to moisten the pens in cold water, otherwise the mass will stick strongly to the palms. Now the kid must roll a ball out of all this, from which you can pinch off pieces and sculpt any figures! Ready-made cakes should be rolled in cocoa powder. And now for the fun part: each figurine can be decorated with whipped cream, chocolate pieces, berries, chopped fruits ...

Sour cream

Ask the child to put a jar of fat sour cream (about a glass) in the blender bowl, let him add a quarter cup of powdered sugar and a little vanilla sugar there. After you beat the mass, help the baby dissolve 10 g of gelatin in water - let it stir well so that the gelatin dissolves. Now the gelatin needs to be added to the whipped sour cream, stir well, put in molds or bowls and refrigerate. After a couple of hours, when the delicious dessert hardens, invite your baby to decorate each portion with whipped cream, berries or pour over syrup on his own.

"I cook, I try, I stand at the stove, and he shouts" Fie! " and pushes the plate away. And what to feed this child with? ”My friend complains.
Familiar situation? Dear mothers, as I understand you. Sometimes feeding a child is a daunting task. And it’s not even a pity for the products themselves, but for the efforts and time that we spend in the kitchen. Children's meals should be fresh, tasty and interesting. You need to marinate the chicken for half an hour. Optionally, you can leave it overnight. Send to preheated oven for about an hour. A side dish can be mashed potatoes, pasta or porridge. First courses are very useful and are a must on a children's menu. But is it easy for you to feed your child with soup? I think the answer is probably no.
Everyone loves my signature meatball soup because of its beauty and taste, of course. And it takes 15 minutes to cook it.

Ingredients: minced chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, green peas, turmeric, small "stars" pasta, olive oil, salt, pepper, bay leaves, herbs.

This soup looks very beautiful, turmeric makes it golden and appetizing, and the ingredients of different colors and shapes will definitely interest children.

6. Fish cakes

Everyone knows that fish is a very useful product. But it just so happens that many children do not like fish. These cutlets are delicious, look nice and can be disguised as regular cutlets. And they are also useful because they are not fried, but baked.

Ingredients: 8 eggs, 1 glass of milk, 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, a whisper of salt, a few baby sausages, 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of canned peas, 1 boiled carrot, 1-2 boiled potatoes, greens.

Add all the ingredients to the eggs, mix, pour into a greased baking sheet and send to the preheated oven. This omelet can be served with fresh vegetables or sauces.

Mannik is a flight for mom's imagination, and components can be easily found in any refrigerator.

Pour into a greased mold and place in the oven for 30 minutes. You can put dried fruits, berries in the manna, or simply pour over your favorite jam or syrup.

10. Curd casserole

Cottage cheese is almost the healthiest dairy product. But my baby categorically refuses to eat it, but the cottage cheese casserole goes with a bang. For several years of preparation, she became my best friend and savior when it is difficult to feed a child with something. I love to cook it and because in the process you can fantasize and experiment, and it is almost impossible to spoil it.

Ingredients: 1 kg of cottage cheese, 3 eggs, half a glass of semolina, half a glass of milk, vanillin, 1 glass of sugar (to taste, a little less), zest of one lemon, juice of half a lemon, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch.
Preparation: pass the cottage cheese through a meat grinder or grind in a blender. The softer the cottage cheese, the tastier the casserole will be.

While you are doing this, pour the milk over the semolina. Stir eggs with sugar, whipping until froth is not necessary. Stir cottage cheese, eggs, semolina, add vanillin, pour in the juice of half a lemon, grate lemon zest on a fine grater, add a spoonful of starch. Mix everything well. You can add dried apricots, raisins to the casserole, having previously soaked them with water, or berries, fruits. Pour the curd into a greased pan and place in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until golden brown on top. It prepares quickly, and in 40 free minutes you can do a lot of useful things.
