This yeast-free pizza dough takes only 5 minutes and 3 products to prepare. No spices needed. The dough is suitable for both oven baking and quick options in a pan.

Ingredients

5 tablespoons of flour;

3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Preparation

1. Break eggs into a bowl, beat with a whisk for a minute.

2. Add mayonnaise, beat together for another minute.

3. Add flour, mix well and you're done! It took not even 5 minutes, but much less.

If the mayonnaise is liquid, then you can add more flour. The consistency of the mass should be like thick sour cream. The dough is simply poured onto a baking sheet or frying pan, leveled with a spoon and the filling is laid out. You do not need to press the food so that they do not fall inside.

Recipe 2: Yeast-free dough for kefir pizza

You can use more than just kefir to make this yeast-free pizza dough. Sour milk, fermented baked milk and even sour cream are also suitable, but it will have to be slightly diluted with water. This product calculation will result in 1 large thin-base pizza.

Ingredients

100 grams of kefir;

0.5 tsp baking soda;

20 grams of vegetable oil;

Preparation

1. Kefir should be warm, so it is better to warm it up in the microwave. Pour into a cup.

2. Add soda, mix, wait until the reaction passes.

3. Add a pinch of salt.

4. Put the raw egg, stir.

5. Pour in the oil. Olive is best for pizza. But if it is not there, then you can use any other.

6. Add flour and stir. Flour will take about 450 grams. The dough should turn out to be steep, roll 2 koloboks out of it.

Recipe 3: Pizza dough without yeast in milk with corn flour

Kneading yeast-free pizza dough with fresh milk differs from the recipe for kefir and other fermented milk products. For the splendor and porosity of the mass, a baking powder is used. And corn flour gives a special flavor and color to the base. If not, you can take corn grits and grind on a coffee grinder.

Ingredients

0.5 cups corn flour;

120 grams of milk;

1.5 cups wheat flour;

1 part tsp salt;

10 grams of baking powder;

1. Mix both types of flour and baking powder. We sift all this into a large cup, in which we will knead.

2. Separately break the egg. If it is small, then we take 2 pieces.

3. Put salt in it, beat with a whisk for half a minute. Add oil.

4. Heat the milk, pour it into the egg mixture, shake everything together with a whisk.

5. Now pour the liquid into the flour / ripper mixture. We knead. It is very important to knead this dough well, it will take at least 10 minutes. If it remains sticky, add more flour.

Recipe 4: yeast-free pizza dough with vinegar

This is a yeast-free and egg-free pizza dough. However, it turns out to be quite soft, tasty, and all thanks to the addition of table vinegar. The recipe will help out when there is nothing at home, but you want to cook pizza. We take vinegar 9%.

Ingredients

20 grams of oil;

80 grams of water;

0.3 tsp salt;

1 spoonful of vinegar;

8-9 tablespoons of flour.

1. We take boiled water cooled to a warm state. We dilute salt in it, add vinegar and oil. Shake with a spoon.

1. Combine warm kefir with egg and salt, stir with a spoon or whisk.

2. Pour the Provencal herbs into a mortar, rub with a pestle. Of course, it's easier to use a grinder, but we don't need powder. The herbs must be visible.

3. Combine flour with a ripper, sift.

4. Add grated Provencal herbs to the flour.

5. Combine the liquid mass with flour, begin to knead the dough. As soon as it is collected, pour in the oil. Knead for another 5 minutes, form a lump, put it in a plastic bag.

6. Let the preparation rest for 20 minutes and you can start making pizza!

Would you like to make an unusual dough with a beautiful tomato color and taste? When kneading, add a spoonful of tomato paste and knead according to the recipe. It might take a little more flour.

And if someone is looking for lean dough - you are here, there are no animal products in it, no eggs.

  • water - 0.5 cups (125 ml);
  • flour - 2.5 cups (400gr);
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon

How to make dough at home

The result is a very good, soft dough. After baking, it turns out to be light, thin and crispy.


Milk

Similar to the previous recipe, it also contains no yeast. We need the milk warm. The specified amount of products will make a crust for a small pizza.

  • sour cream 20% - 200g;
  • eggs - 2 pcs;
  • soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch.

Shortcrust pastry with butter and sour cream

In this version, we will again not add anything leavening - neither yeast, nor soda. But let's add not vegetable, but butter.

Cooking process. In a deep bowl, combine salt with sifted flour, make a depression. Whisk the water, egg and vegetable oil well in a separate container. Pour the resulting mixture into flour in portions, stir to get a homogeneous mass. Add more flour, if necessary, until you get an elastic ball. Leave it for half an hour, covered with a linen napkin. After dusting the table with flour, roll it out as thin as possible.
3. On water with olive oil
Required Ingredients: 2 cups already sifted flour, 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, half a glass of boiled, slightly lukewarm water. 1 tea. l. sea ​​salt, 1 tbsp. baking powder (baking powder).
Cooking process. Add salt and baking powder to the sifted flour, mix. Pour in water first, then olive oil. For at least 10 minutes, stir with your hands until an elastic state. Roll into a ball, use a knife to mark how many cakes will turn out. Cut and stretch each piece directly on the table with your hands to the desired size and transfer to a baking sheet.
4. On serum
Required Ingredients: 1 glass of whey, 4 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. l of vegetable oil, preferably odorless, 1 tea. l. table salt, half tea. l. baking soda.
Cooking process... Pour the whey into a deep bowl. First, stir only 1 cup flour, salt and baking soda into the whey until smooth. Then add oil and stir again. Now add the remaining flour in small portions, each time carefully stirring in a new portion. Gradually, a well-stretching dough is obtained. Divide it into parts. Lubricate your hands with butter and stretch each piece into a circle directly on a broiler or baking sheet.
5. On milk
Required Ingredients: 3 cups wheat (pre-sifted) flour, 1 cup slightly warmed milk, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, 1 tsp. salt.
Cooking process. First pour 2 cups of flour. Stir milk, egg, butter, salt in a bowl with a fork. Pour the resulting mixture a little into the flour, stirring with each portion. The flour swells gradually. Knead further, now adding the rest of the flour, until you get a smooth dough. Make a ball, cover with a kitchen towel soaked in cold water, leaving at room temperature for 20 minutes. Roll out on a table sprinkled with flour literally until translucent, transfer on a rolling pin to a slightly oiled baking sheet.
6. On homemade sour cream
Required Ingredients: 3 glasses of flour, 200 gr of fresh sour cream, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp. butter ghee, 1 tea. l. salt, a little (pinch) of baking soda.
Cooking process. Beat eggs, salt, butter and soda with a whisk or in a mixer, add sour cream, stir quickly. Pour in the whole amount of flour at once and knead the dough. Roll out immediately after kneading, dusting with flour if it sticks.
7.With low calorie mayonnaise
Required Ingredients: 1 cup flour, 5 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, 3 eggs, half tea. l. salt.
Cooking process. Beat eggs with a mixer with mayonnaise and salt. Sift the flour in a bowl with a slide, then make a hole on the top and pour in all the egg mixture in one go. Knead the dough, add flour if necessary to form an elastic ball. Roll out immediately, as thin as possible. Required Ingredients: 6 cups of wheat flour, 2 cups of kefir, a pack of margarine, 1 tea. l salt, 1/2 tea. l. baking powder (can be replaced with slaked soda).
Cooking process. Place the margarine in the freezer for 2 hours. Stir salt and baking powder in kefir. Rub the margarine through the large holes of the grater into a large container. Pour in the kefir mixture and stir everything together. Sprinkle flour in portions, stir regularly until a soft dough is formed, which then refrigerate for 2 hours. 10. With sour cream and mayonnaise
Required Ingredients: 2 cups of flour, 5 tbsp each l. sour cream 15% fat and any low-fat mayonnaise (you can use soy), 1 egg.
Cooking process. Combine egg, sour cream and mayonnaise in a mixer. Add flour gradually and do not stop kneading. The dough, in the end, resembles thick sour cream. Pour it gently and evenly into an oiled deep dish, a saucepan. After distributing the filling, in this case, you can cook pizza in a frying pan.
11. On sour cream and butter
Required Ingredients: 3 cups of standard flour, 300 g of non-acidic and low-fat sour cream, 3 tbsp. l. very soft butter, 1 egg, 1 tea. l. salt, baking soda on the tip of a knife (pinch).
Cooking process... Beat the egg with a whisk or in a mixer with sour cream and salt, then add butter. Mix flour with soda. Pour into the egg and sour cream mixture, stir. The dough outwardly resembles very thick sour cream (the spoon stands and does not fall immediately). If it is too liquid, then add flour to the required consistency.
12. On ghee
Required Ingredients: 2 cups of flour, half a glass of ghee, 1 egg, 1 tea each. l. salt, granulated sugar and baking powder.
Cooking process. Heat ghee just a little, stir salt and sugar in it. Add baking powder and separately beaten egg. Mix well. Pour in the sifted flour in parts, knead until a sufficiently soft dough is obtained. Cover with a linen napkin moistened with water for 10 minutes, leaving it on the kitchen table to swell the flour proteins. Then roll it out, sprinkle with flour.
13.With milk, butter and sour cream
Required Ingredients: 3 cups of flour, 1 glass of milk, 3 tbsp. l. sour cream, 100 grams of butter, half a tea. l. salt and soda.

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • butter - 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:


Sift flour on a board with a slide and make a depression in it. In a bowl, combine sour cream, salt, sugar and eggs. Whisk the softened butter in a separate bowl for 5 minutes, gradually adding the sour cream and eggs mixture. Then pour everything into the flour well.


Knead the dough quickly. Roll into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let it "rest" for 40 minutes. It is ready, divide it into equal pieces and roll it out with a rolling pin from the center to the edges of the circle.
