3. We put to bake in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 180 C.
4. Now let's start cooking the meringue. Put fresh proteins in a mixer bowl. Beat for 2 minutes until mass density. In the process, gradually add granulated sugar.
5. Put the baking paper on a flat table. We put the bottom of the form on top, circle it with a pencil, remove it, turn the sheet over, cover the baking sheet with it.

This cake has a wonderful and surprisingly tasty combination of boiled condensed milk, peanuts and airy meringues. Traditionally, the Snickers cake is made from several cakes and soaked in cream of boiled condensed milk with butter. The shape and appearance of the cake can be varied - round, square or rectangular. The cake turns out to be quite satisfying, nutritious and very high in calories.
dough:
3 cups flour;
3 cups of sugar (1.5 + 1.5);
230 g butter (softened);
1 teaspoon of slaked soda;
1 tbsp. a spoonful of mayonnaise;
6 eggs (yolks + whites).
cream:
1 can of boiled condensed milk;
200 g butter (softened);
2 handfuls of peanuts (peeled).
ganache:
50 - 60 g. Dark chocolate + 1 tbsp. spoon of water.
To start making the Air Snickers cake, defrost the butter completely beforehand at room temperature, it should be very soft.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks in separate large cups. Pour 1.5 cups of sugar into the yolks and beat with a mixer until the mass turns white.
Put softened butter in this mass and continue beating until smooth.
Then add mayonnaise, slaked soda, mix and start adding flour to the dough in small portions. It is more convenient to knead the dough at this stage with a spoon or spatula.
The finished dough should not be thick and elastic, on the contrary, it is plastic and a little sticky. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 1 - 1.5 hours.
Take a mixer and beat the egg whites and the rest of the sugar into a firm, firm foam.
After the time has elapsed, remove the chilled dough and divide it into 3 or 4 pieces, depending on the shape you choose.
