Pancakes on oatmeal are an easy dish to prepare.

It will require the following set of ingredients:

  • oatmeal (boiled rolled oats) - 6 tbsp. l or 210 g;
  • milk - 220 ml;
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • granulated sugar - 50 g.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet or 5 g;
  • sifted wheat flour - 100-150 g;
  • vegetable oil - 25-30 ml;
  • butter - 25 g (in order to grease the finished pancakes on top).

Cooking steps:

  1. Boil the rolled oats, cool (you can use the porridge left over from breakfast).
  2. Pass it through a blender.
  3. Add milk to the resulting mass, mix.
  4. Beat using a mixer.
  5. Mix granulated sugar and eggs, beat until light foam forms.
  6. Add vanillin to the resulting egg mixture and mix again.
  7. Stir all ingredients.
  8. Sift the flour and add it to the rest of the ingredients (the concentration of the mixture should be similar to sour cream).
  9. Warm up the pan, add vegetable oil.
  10. Pour in the required amount of pancake dough (focus on the volume of the pan).
  11. Fry each pancake on both sides until golden brown.
  12. Grease the finished pancake with oil on top before putting a new one on it.
  13. Serve with sour cream, jam or jam.

These pancakes are perfect for tea or breakfast.
