  1. Bake the pancakes first. Pour warm milk and water into the dishes (do not heat too much, 30 degrees will be enough).
  2. Add sugar (regular and vanilla), salt and eggs, mix well to dissolve all grains. Gradually sift flour into a bowl and knead the dough so that it turns out without lumps (perhaps the flour will go a little more, make the dough consistency convenient for you).
  3. Pour in baking soda, pour in oil, mix everything completely and let the pancake mass stand for 5-10 minutes. After that, start baking, you can not fry the pancakes much, we will then send the collected cake to the oven.
  4. So, the pancakes are ready, let them cool down, we will make the curd cream for now. Transfer the curd to a bowl, add the condensed milk, add the vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly so that the products are evenly distributed among themselves and combined. By the way, instead of condensed milk for making curd cream, you can take any jam to your taste, only so that it is thick (plum, apple, apricot, pear).
  5. Take the bottom of the split baking pan, line it with parchment paper and lay out the first pancake. Lubricate it all over with curd cream. Do the same with all the other pancakes, except for the last one, you do not need to grease it.
  6. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 190 degrees and send the cake into it for 7-10 minutes.

We suggest making this cake a little chocolate. Add cocoa powder to the pancake dough. And we will use boiled condensed milk, from it we will prepare a cream with the addition of butter and sour cream. You can do something else in another way. Just make a cream of sour cream and powdered sugar and alternate spreading layers - one pancake with boiled condensed milk, the other with cream. Due to this impregnation, the finished cake is very tender.

Preparation

  1. Pour milk into a bowl and heat it slightly. Beat in eggs, add salt and sugar, mix everything thoroughly with a kitchen whisk. Now add cocoa powder, vanillin, baking powder and sifted flour. Use a mixer to knead the pancake dough into a homogeneous mixture. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes and you can bake the pancakes.
  2. In 10 minutes, while the dough is resting, you will have time to make a cream. Put the butter (it should be soft), sour cream and boiled condensed milk into a deep bowl. Using a mixer, beat all the ingredients until a homogeneous air mass and send to the refrigerator for now.
  3. When all the pancakes are ready, you can start forming the cake. Just before that, cut the banana pulp into very thin slices. Put the first pancake on a flat dish, coat it with cream. Do the same with everyone else, only after every 3-4 layers, in addition to applying cream, lay out more banana circles. The last should be a pancake, generously greased with cream, grease the sides of the cake as well.
  4. For decoration, leave a few banana circles and lay a flower out of them on the surface of the cake. Grind the walnuts, you can do this with a mortar and pestle or a rolling pin, but we do not recommend using a blender (you will get a very small crumb). Mix the flour mass with 0.5 liters of warm milk, beat in a couple of chicken eggs and knead the dough.
