Ground black pepper
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Black peppercorns 4-5 pcs.
Buy fresh chilled breast for making salad. Separate the fillet from the bone. Rinse it well and put it in a saucepan. Pour in cold water. Add bay leaves, black peppercorns and some salt. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until tender, 20-30 minutes. As the foam forms, remove it with a slotted spoon.
Rinse the eggs. Transfer to a pot of cold, salted water. Cook for 10 minutes from the moment it boils. We need hard boiled eggs.
Until then, dry the peanuts in a dry hot skillet. Stir occasionally to keep the nuts from burning. After browning, transfer to a bowl, cool and peel off. Walnuts are suitable instead of peanuts, they also need to be dried.
