For a biscuit:

  • cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar - 200 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • flour - 200 g;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • baking powder - 2.5 tsp;
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;
  • boiling water - 100 ml.

For meringue:

  • egg whites - 3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 200 g

  • butter - 180 g.

  • dark chocolate - 200 g;

How to make a meringue Snickers cake

  1. We start with a meringue. Beat the cooled egg whites until a soft white foam is obtained. Gradually add sugar, without stopping to work with a mixer. We seek to obtain a thickened lush mass. Correctly whipped whites must remain perfectly still when tilting / turning the crockery.

I have a curly cake, don't be surprised. But the principle is the same.
