Here's something, and a waffle cake made from ready-made cakes with condensed milk has always been something from my childhood for me. Easy to make, relatively cheap, but always delicious and sweet… It's almost the only dessert I could never refuse (I'm not a sweet tooth). My sister and I prepared such cakes for our parents' birthdays, March 8 and other holidays, and it has always been the best gift for family. We coped with this dish already at the age of 13-14, so even novice housewives will not have difficulties in creating it. Now I will share with you two options for a recipe for a cake made from wafer cakes with condensed milk, and for clarity I will make them with a photo.

  • Eggs can be bought both in the market and in the store. Their freshness is important here, so be sure to specify when these eggs were “produced”. If in doubt, shake the egg near your ear, nothing should hang out inside. Step by step cooking

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks of two eggs. Add a little salt to the proteins and beat with a mixer at low speed. Gradually increase the mixer speed and gradually add the sugar to the egg whites. In total, you need to add 120 grams of sugar, whipping the whites to a thick, stable foam.
  2. Place the resulting meringue on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, using a pastry bag in small circles, and dry in the oven at 100 ° C for 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 60°C and wait until the meringue is completely dry (40-60 minutes).
  3. Take 1 banana and mash it with an immersion blender until smooth.
  4. Beat butter (100 g) at room temperature with a mixer until white, then add boiled condensed milk in a spoonful, continuing to beat. In total, you need to add 1 can of condensed milk.
  5. Add banana puree to the cream and mix everything with a mixer until smooth. Cut the second banana into circles - it will come in handy for decorating the cake.
  6. Lay waffle cakes on top of each other, smearing each with cream. In total, you will need seven cakes. Make sure that a little cream remains on the coating of the cake, coat the cake on top and around the edges.
