Homemade dried fruit sweets with nuts. Caramel candies with peanuts Candy with peanuts at home

27.11.2019 Fish dishes

Do you want to please and surprise your family? Make homemade candy. Such an interesting activity ... And you know, surprisingly, it turns out very tasty. Previously, I often experimented, now something less often. But then in the "bottom" I came across a bar of good chocolate and a mold in the form of hearts for ice .... They just asked to do something with them. Made ... Peanut-filled candy. In the fridge was a jar of peanut butter with crispy peanut chunks. At first I wanted with dumplings (I did this before), but changed my mind. And for good reason! It turned out very tasty. And I also found not laid out photos of homemade roasted nuts, Turkish delight and figs in chocolate. That's how I spread everything to the heap.

Chocolates with delicate peanut butter filling.

100 g of chocolate (at least 55% cocoa),
- 100-150 g of peanut butter (you can boiled) I have a paste with pieces of peanuts,
- silicone mold in the form of hearts.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Brush on to carry the layer of chocolate into the mold. Cool in the freezer for a couple of minutes and apply another layer (otherwise they will break when taken out). Suck again in the freezer (2-3 minutes). Place the peanut butter in the middle. Pour the rest of the chocolate on top. Shake slightly so that there is no air left, and smooth with a spatula. Put in the refrigerator until it cools completely, for 1-2 hours. Then carefully remove the candies from the molds. Peanut butter itself is not sweet, you can add a spoonful or two of powdered sugar to it. But I didn't add. Sweets with delicate filling are ready!

Roasted nuts in chocolate.

2 tbsp walnuts
- 150 g sugar
- 50 ml of water,
- 100-150 g of chocolate,
- 50 g butter or cream,
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

Fry the nuts in the oven or skillet for 7-8 minutes. Chop with a knife rather coarsely. Boil the syrup from water, lemon juice and sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown. Add a lump of butter or heavy cream. Stir well, remove from heat. Add nuts, mix. Cool slightly and roll into walnut-sized balls. Place on baking paper and cool well. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and cover the candies with it. Cool down.

Turkish delight orange.

- 300 g of icing sugar,
- 100 g of orange jam + water, so much so that you get a 200 g glass with jam,
- 70 g starch (ideally 50 corn starch),
- juice and zest of one medium orange,
- 1 tsp gelatin,
- dusting powder,
- orange food coloring (optional).

Mix orange juice and zest, water (60 ml) with jam, powder in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Boil for 5 minutes over low heat. Dilute starch in 70 ml of water (with jam which). Soak the gelatin in the remaining 70 ml. Add the starch mixture to the syrup pan. and cook until it boils and becomes glossy (after boiling for 1 minute). Add food coloring (liquid). Remove from heat. Cool slightly and add gelatin. Stir well. Line a small rectangular shape with cling film, lay out the mixture, smooth it well and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Remove the finished sweet from the mold, remove the film, cut into pieces, sprinkle with abundant powder. During cutting, the knife must be washed after each cutting, so the pieces will be even.

Figs and chocolate pieces.

Adjust the amount of ingredients according to your taste, the main thing is that dried figs dominate, it should be the most.
- 200 g of good chocolate,
- 150-200 g dried figs,
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon,
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar,
- a little bit of pistachios, hazelnuts, cranberries (together there should be no more than 100 g).

nbsp; Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Coarsely chop dried fruit nuts. Mix with powder and cinnamon. Add to the cooled chocolate. Stir well. Line the bottom of a small rectangular mold with baking paper and sprinkle with powder. Lay out the chocolate-fig mass, smooth it out, cover with paper and once again press down firmly to smooth the surface to the desired thickness or according to the size of the mold. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Remove paper and cut into squares. Chocolate with figs is ready! A real New Year's treat!
