Preparation

1. Dip the turkey fillet in salted water and boil over medium heat until cooked. Put on a plate and chill. Shred finely into a separate bowl.

2. Also boil vegetables and eggs. Beets separately, as well as for this salad, they can be baked, tightly wrapped in sheets of foil.

3. When the eggs, potatoes, carrots and beets have cooled down, start cutting the food for laying on the dish. Crumble everything into very small cubes on different plates.

4. Grate the cheese for a treat - also in a clean container, choose a medium grater.
