Sterilization is also not required, which saves time and nerves.

After about half an hour, juice forms at the bottom of the bowl. This means that you can proceed to the next stage of preparing the salad.

Use a heavy-bottomed saucepan of suitable size. Pour sugar into it.

Pour in the vinegar. I used a regular canteen, in which the acid concentration is 9%. But six percent apple or wine will also work. It will be required 1.5 times more.

Add a few allspice peas. Black pepper can also be used instead. But keep in mind that it is more spicy, put it a little less: about 3-4 peas per kilogram of cucumbers. Otherwise, the salad may turn out to be too spicy. Stir the contents of the saucepan until the sugar is completely dissolved in the vinegar.

Pour the cucumber salad along with the juice that has evolved into a saucepan. Stir.

Place the saucepan over medium heat. Bring the marinade to a boil. Cook the salad for 7-10 minutes, until the cucumbers change their color to greenish-yellowish. Stir constantly while cooking so that it is evenly saturated with the marinade.

Wash jars with a capacity of 0.5-1 liters from the outside and from the inside. Clean the beaters thoroughly, as the rims tend to collect the most dust. In order for this salad to last until winter, sterilization of cans filled with blanks is not required. Therefore, containers for preservation need to be carefully and preferably with baking soda or laundry soap. And then - sterilize over steam, in a microwave oven, oven or airfryer. Fill prepared jars with hot salad. The marinade should completely cover the cucumbers and onions and reach the edges of the container so that no air gets into it. The air gap can lead to deterioration of the preservation. Roll up with boiled dry lids. Turn the jars upside down. Cover with a blanket or blanket.

After 1-1.5 days, when the conservation cools down, it can be transferred to storage. And if you don't want to wait until winter, you can try the salad in a few days.   • 5 kg of cucumbers;
  • 300 g of dill greens;
  • 1 kg of onions;
  • 500 ml of vegetable oil;
  • 100 ml vinegar 9%;
  • 5 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt;
  • 5 g ground black pepper;
  • 5 pieces. bay leaf.

Note to the hostess: this amount of ingredients usually requires 6 liter jars.

Advice: we must prepare the salad with onions, otherwise it will not turn out so tasty. If someone from your family does not like onions, then you can not eat them later, but this onion should still be present in conservation.

Preparation:

As soon as the cucumbers change color, with a shade of "khaki", turn off immediately. We usually cook for no more than 5 minutes in order to better preserve the taste of the product.
  8. Carefully lay out the salad with a spoon on clean jars. Pour the remaining marinade in the saucepan so that it completely covers the salad. Seal with lids, turn over, cover with something warm. The dish should cool down gradually.

  • 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of salt;
  • 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • 1 sachet of citric acid (10 g);
  • 7 pcs. black peppercorns;
  • 7 pcs. allspice peas;
  • 1 liter of water.

How to prepare a cucumber salad for the Winter King without vinegar? It couldn't be easier!

Preparation:

  1. If the cucumbers are overripe, peel them. Young ones do not need to be cleaned. But be sure to wash and soak in cool water for 1 hour. Then we cut the cucumbers into semicircles.
  2. Separately, pour clean water into a spacious saucepan, add peppers, sugar, salt. Heat slowly to a boil. Turn off the fire.

Ingredients:

  • 4.5 kg of cucumbers;
  • 500 g onions;
  • 300 g of garlic;
  • 100 g of dill greens;
  • 130 g salt;
  • 30 ml vinegar 9%.

Preparation:

  1. We process the cucumbers as usual - wash them, soak them for an hour. Then dry it on a paper towel. We cut them into slices.
  2. Finely chop the washed and dried dill. We clean the bulbs, cut them into half rings. Chop the peeled garlic with a knife or pass through a press.
  3. In a deep bowl, combine the dill with garlic, vinegar and salt. Pour this mixture over the cucumbers and onions. Put it in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. In the morning we will sterilize the jars and lids. We put vegetables in jars. Heat the marinade to a boil, fill the cucumbers with this liquid. We will tighten the jars with lids. Wrap it up with a towel.

Ingredients:

  • 4 kg of cucumbers;
  • 4-5 pcs. carrots;
  • 200-250 g onions;
  • 0.5 cups vegetable oil;
  • 0.5 cups vinegar 3%;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt;
  • 4-5 st. tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • 4 things. bay leaf;
  • 7-8 pcs. black peppercorns.

Tip: Overripe cucumbers are also fine for this recipe.

Preparation:

  1. Wash cucumbers, soak them for a couple of hours. Then we rinse the roots under running water, put them on a napkin or towel to dry.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices. We wash the peeled carrots well, chop them into strips or rub.
  3. Peel the onions, chop them in half rings. Combine all vegetables in a bowl, stirring carefully.
  4. Prepare the marinade in a separate saucepan: pour in vegetable oil, vinegar, add bay leaves, peppercorns, salt and granulated sugar. We put it on the stove. We heat, stirring all the time, until the mixture boils.
  5. Cool the marinade slightly, pour the vegetables in a bowl with it. Stir, cover, let stand for 10 minutes.
  6. We will prepare sterilized jars and lids. We put the salad in clean jars, roll it up with a key.
