Recipe 3: Pork meatloaf with scrambled eggs and mushrooms

Ingredients: 0.5 kg of pork (tenderloin, meat for meatballs), bread crumbs, vegetable oil. For an omelet: 5 eggs, flour, 1 onion, herbs, salt, 150g fresh mushrooms, salt, pepper.

Cooking method

Cut the meat into slices as for chops. Season with salt, pepper, beat well with a hammer.
