  1. The pizza base can be bought ready-made in case you are in a hurry. But, nevertheless, I advise you to cook the dough yourself at home. You don't need to use spinach by making a pizza with only cheese. If so, just skip the steps that mention spinach.
  2. How to cook pizza with Adyghe cheese?
  3. In order to prepare the pizza base in a bowl, sift the flour, add olive oil, water, a little salt (if desired). Knead a soft and elastic dough.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil.
  5. Turn the oven at 190 degrees to heat up while you cook.
  6. Cut the Adyghe cheese into slices.
  7. Rinse the spinach, dry on a paper towel.
  8. Place spinach and cheese on top of our pizza. Save a couple of fresh spinach to garnish your finished pizza.
  9. Bake pizza with Adyghe cheese in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish the finished pizza with fresh spinach.
