How to fry frozen beef patties

Many are interested in the question of how to fry beef patties in a frying pan that have just been taken out of the freezer. Pour the oil into the pan as much as described above, glow it. Slow down the fire and place the frozen meatballs in the pan. In their preparation, too, is nothing complicated. You do not need to defrost them.

Grill them in the same way as fresh cutlets. The only difference is that they will release more fluid, as ice will melt. Additional water may not be necessary to extinguish under the lid.

Add some water only if the bits do not excrete much liquid. Otherwise, there is no difference between frying fresh and frozen cutlets!

If you want to get more crisp and crisp, then add more oil to the pan and do not cover the dish with a lid. Fry the patties in pure oil over medium heat for 10-12 minutes on each side.

To remove the excess oil, lay out the patties on paper napkins, spread out on a platter, they will absorb the fat.
