Take:

  • Loin - steaks.

Ingredients:

  • Pork loin - 1 kg.
  • Cheese - 150 gr.
  • Tomatoes are a couple.

  • Mushrooms (champignons) - 200 gr.

We coat each piece of loin with our marinade on both sides and leave to marinate in a cup for as long as time permits. Ideally, leave it overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Preparing a baking dish. I use glass, but you can also bake in teflon or just on a sheet. Put sprigs of rosemary (or thyme) on the bottom of the mold, and on them pieces of loin.
  4. We send the loin in the oven to bake for 40-50 minutes (depending on the thickness of the pieces of meat). Readiness can be checked by making an incision in the center of the piece - if the meat is white, then it is ready.
