How to cook?

Step 1. So, first of all, you need to deal with the meat that you use. It is best, of course, to use chilled meat, because freezing can spoil a lot, especially the preservation of precious juice inside the meat. So, if you did buy a freezer, defrost the meat slowly at room temperature. If not, just rinse your shins thoroughly. Throw the washed meat in a colander and let the water drain slightly.
