9. Shortly before serving, season with a little mayonnaise.

  • Prunes 150 gr;
  • Walnut 100 gr;

  • Carrots (for decoration).

Preparation:

1. Boil the fillet until cooked. Cooking time depends on the age of the turkey. Cool well. Chop finely.

2. Chop the prunes finely.

3. Chop the walnuts with a knife.

4. Hard-boiled eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate separately on a fine grater.

5. Grate cheese in the same way as eggs.

6. Put the turkey fillet on a nice plate, season with salt, grease all layers with a thin layer of mayonnaise.

8. On the yolks of prunes, grease.

9. Then cheese and grease just a little.

10. Put nuts on the cheese.

11. And the last layer is proteins and the rest of the yolks, do not grease with mayonnaise.

What you need for cooking:

  • Tongue (veal);
  • 3 medium potatoes;
  • Carrots 1 pc;
  • Corn 1 can;
  • Onion 1 pc;
  • Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs;
  • Mayonnaise;
  • Frying oil;
  • Salt;
  • Dill - a lot;
  • Pomegranate seeds.

How to cook:

1. The first step is to boil the tongue. Peel and cut into cubes.

It is best to brush your tongue before it has cooled down (i.e. while it is hot). It will be quite problematic to skin a cold tongue. So consider this important point.

3. Cut the cucumbers using the same technology.

4. Cut the onion into half rings and fry over low heat until golden brown.

5. Gently mix the tongue, carrots, potatoes, onions, cucumbers and corn in a cup. Salt to your taste. Then season with mayonnaise. Put on a Christmas tree-shaped plate. Top, not sparing, it is good to sprinkle with dill herbs. Mayonnaise build garlands, pomegranate and corn seeds will act as Christmas balls. The star can be carved from red bell peppers.

An unusual appetizer in an unusual performance. Easy to prepare. Surprise your guests with your skill in preparing unusual and delicious salads.

What you need:

  • Crab meat 150 gr;
  • Avocado 300 gr;
  • Red caviar 5-6 tbsp;
  • Eggs 2 pcs;
  • Cheese 150 gr;
  • Mayonnaise.

How to cook:

1. Grate boiled eggs.

2. Finely chop the crab meat.

3. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into small pieces.

4. Now you need to collect the horseshoe.

5. Put the grated eggs in the shape of a horseshoe on a round plate and grease with mayonnaise with a thin layer.

8. Put red caviar and a layer of mayonnaise on top.

9. Sprinkle the whole thing with grated cheese.

10. If you wish, you can put the inscription "For luck" on the horseshoe, say, with the same red caviar. It will turn out great.

Option! Or you can garnish with herbs and finely chopped vegetables (something like a bow).

Layered salad with sardines "New Year's mitten"

A wonderful cold appetizer for fish lovers. Cooking is not difficult, fast and not expensive. With the proper design, it looks very beautiful.

For cooking you will need:

  • Sardines in oil - 2 jars;
  • Green onions - 5-6 feathers;
  • Mayonnaise (it is better to use homemade) - 5-6 tbsp;
  • Pickled cucumber - 2 pcs;
  • Hard cheese - 100 gr;
  • Garlic - 4 cloves;
  • 6 medium-sized potatoes;
  • 2 large carrots;
  • Capers 2 tbsp;
  • 6 eggs;
  • Salt and pepper to taste;

Preparation:

1. Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs.

2. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater. Immediately start spreading on a beautiful mitten-shaped saucer. There is no need to condense the layers. It will be better if they are rather loose.

Mayonnaise goes on top of the first layer (home-cooked will be better). If there is no home or there is no time to cook it, then the purchased one is quite suitable.

3. The next layer will be sardines slightly mashed with a fork (without fanaticism), you do not need to bring mashed potatoes to the state. Place the sardines on top of the potatoes.

4. Peel and grate pickled cucumbers. This will be the third layer.

6. Place the capers on top of the carrots.

7. As you can see, mayonnaise is practically not used. Therefore, to moisturize, we will resort to this method: add crushed garlic (salt, pepper) to the liquid that was drained from the sardines. Pour this sauce over the salad. I think 3 tablespoons will be enough (at your discretion).

8. Finely chop the onion. Sprinkle on top (optional).

9. Grate cheese on a fine grater. Lubricate this layer with mayonnaise.

10. Separate the yolks from the boiled eggs. Grate whites with yolks separately on a fine grater and lay out in the final layer. Squirrels will be in the role of the edge of the New Year's mittens.

11. Decorate with mayonnaise and carrot strips (you can fantasize about patterns).

12. Refrigerate for 2 hours (even more is better).

Salad with crab sticks "Santa Claus"

I present to your attention a very simple recipe, both in preparation and in ingredients. I think that all the necessary products can be found in every refrigerator.

What you need:

  • Raw carrots - 1 pc;
  • Cheese - 100 gr;
  • Boiled eggs - 2 pcs;
  • Crab sticks - 200 gr;
  • Boiled rice - 1.5 cups;
  • Dill;
  • Red Bulgarian;
  • Peppercorns, paprika, salt;
  • Mayonnaise.

How to cook:

1. Peel the carrots. We rub it with the finest grater.

2. We also rub the eggs on a fine grater, except for the protein from one egg. We will need it for decoration.

3. Separate the red part of the crab sticks. It will serve for Santa Claus's fur coat.

4. Finely chop the white part of the crab sticks with a knife.

5. Finely chop the dill. And mix all the ingredients (carrots, cheese, eggs, crab sticks, 1 glass of rice, dill and mayonnaise).

6. The crucial moment. We put dill greens on a plate and start assembling Santa Claus.

7. Let's create a figurine and start dressing it. We make a fur coat and a hat from the red side of the crab sticks, which we cut off.

8. Cut out the mouth, mittens and nose from the red Bulgarian.

9. Pepper peas will serve as eyes.

10. With the help of the remaining rice, we will build the fur for the fur coat.

11. We make a beard from protein from one egg.

12. A staff and a gift box can be made with cheese.

The result is such a funny and tasty "Santa Claus". A beautiful addition to New Year's dishes. Children will be delighted and guests will be pleasantly surprised.

New Year's salad "Snegurochka"

Let's continue the theme of Santa Claus. The Snow Maiden will be a great addition to your grandfather. After all, they come to visit together. They will look great on your desk too.

We need:

  • Potato tubers - 2 pcs;
  • Egg - 3 pcs;
  • Apple (sweet) - 1 pc. (larger);
  • Onion (red) - 1 pc;
  • Mayonnaise for dressing;
  • Pigtail cheese suluguni (will be used for the braid) - 50 gr;
  • Hard cheese - 200 gr;
  • Red cabbage (for coloring the fur coat);
  • Herring - 1 pc. medium size.

How to cook:

1. Boil eggs and potatoes.

2. Separate the protein from the yolks and rub separately on a grater.

3. We also rub the cheese, apple and potatoes.

4. Cut the herring from the bones and cut into small cubes.

5. Chop the onion with a knife (the smaller the better).

6. We collect the Snow Maiden. From the grated potatoes we give the shape of the Snow Maiden.

8. Put herring, onion, apple, cheese, yolk on the potatoes in layers (no mayonnaise is needed on the yolk)

9. Color part of the protein with cabbage juice.

10. Time for decoration... We make a hat, fur coat and mittens from the dyed squirrel. From white - the edges of the fur coat and the collar.

11. Pepper peas will serve as eyes. The nose and eyebrows can be made from twigs of greenery.

12. Lips can be done with tomato paste or red bell pepper.

13. Suluguni cheese will be Snegurochka's pigtail and bangs.

  • Mayonnaise (for dressing).

How to cook:

1. Cut the pork into small cubes.

2. Fry the meat in a frying pan until tender (20-25 minutes). Let's salt.

3. Cut the potatoes as well as the meat into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until cooked. Salt.

4. Chop the cabbage into small short strips.

5. Raw carrots are grated.

6. We do the same with beets as with carrots.

7. Finely chop the greens (the less the better).

8. Peel the pomegranate.

9. Put all the ingredients on a saucer in a circle: potatoes, beets, meat, herbs, carrots and cabbage. Pour pomegranate seeds into the center.

10. Served as follows. And already at the table we mix all the ingredients, seasoning with mayonnaise.

The kaleidoscope is ready.
