  • Whole milk - 200 ml.
  • Semolina - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Spinach - 15-20 gr.
  • Salt to taste

Such an omelet will be high in calories. To make it very dietary, replace milk with water and butter with vegetable oil.

Preparation

  1. Boil milk and pour semolina. Let stand for 10-15 minutes so that the cereal swells.
  2. Rinse the spinach and dry it on a paper towel. Grind.
  3. Break the eggs in a separate container and beat well with a mixer or whisk until fluffy.
  4. Add milk with semolina and salt. We continue to beat until smooth.
  5. At the very end, add spinach to the omelet mixture and mix with a spoon.
  6. Lubricate the bowl in a multicooker with butter and turn on the "Baking" mode for 15-20 minutes. Pour out the omelette mixture with spinach and close the lid. Cooking until the beep sounds. But even after it, we do not open the lid for another 15 minutes.

Spinach omelet is best served with croutons in olive and lemon oil. Cut fresh vegetables into large pieces and place on the table. If you wish, you can make a salad out of them.

Pancake omelet with spinach and vegetables

This is a very effective option, where the omelet will look like a pancake with vegetable filling and spinach. You can also use mushrooms or boiled meat.

Ingredients

  • Large domestic eggs - 6 pcs.
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Wheat flour, premium grade - 3-4 tbsp. l.
  • Spinach - 25-30 gr.
  • Greens (dill, parsley, cilantro) - bunch
  • Tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
  • Cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese, low-fat - 100 gr.
  • Salt, spices to taste.

We use cucumbers, tomatoes, some greens and spinach for the filling, the rest in a diet omelet, which in this recipe is cooked in water.

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs thoroughly with water and salt and spices. Gradually add flour and beat so that there are no lumps.
  2. Lubricate the bowl in a multicooker with butter or vegetable oil. We set the "Baking" mode for 5-7 minutes. Pour in about a ladle of the omelet mixture, sprinkle with chopped herbs and spinach.
  3. Close the lid and cook until you hear a beep. We leave for 5 minutes. Then we take it out of the multicooker and put the omelette pancake on a plate.
  4. We repeat the procedure until the end of the omelet mass on the water.
  5. Cut the vegetables into small cubes, chop the greens with spinach. Put everything together, season with salt, lemon juice and olive oil, stir.
  6. On each omelette pancake we spread the vegetable filling, sprinkle with grated cheese on a fine grater and wrap it in a "tube".
  7. We set the "Heating" mode for 10 minutes. Lightly grease the bowl with oil again. We put pancakes with vegetables and spinach. We close the lid and wait for the sound signal.

Serve hot, with boiled meat or fried mushrooms. Or you can just with whole grain bread.
