Cabbage stuffed with minced meat is a tasty, satisfying, beautiful dish. You can cook for a family dinner, for a festive table.

Ingredients:

white cabbage -700 g,

  • pork - 300 g,
  • onion –4 pcs.
  • ghee - 110 g,

  • cream - 150 ml,

Cooking: Take the middle fork. We remove the top leaves from the cabbage and lower the forks into boiling water, the main thing is not to overexpose, I think 7 minutes will be enough. We take out, let the water drain.

We put a sheet of foil under the cabbage, open the leaves of the head of cabbage, reach the middle part, cut it out together with the stump.

Cooking the filling: chop the onions, fry in 2 tablespoons of ghee.

We pass the pork twice through a meat grinder, mix with toasted onion, add a loaf soaked in cream. Do not forget to salt and pepper.

Put the stuffed cabbage in a baking dish and grease thoroughly with mayonnaise on all sides. We put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Then we take out the cabbage and sprinkle it with grated cheese, return it to the oven and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

When our stuffed cabbage has cooled down a bit, cut it into pieces and decorate with fresh herbs.

Cauliflower stuffed with minced meat is a recipe that, no doubt, will appeal even to gourmets.

You thought you knew everything about cauliflower? I also had this opinion. How wrong I was. It turns out that cauliflower can be stuffed with ease. Previously, I only had enough to divide it into inflorescences, boil them and fry them in batter. It turns out very tasty. But having tried once such an original dish with an old friend, I was simply amazed and pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of preparation, spectacular appearance and excellent taste of common cabbage.

Although why ordinary? Cauliflower is a treasure trove of vitamins and nutrients. I ate a dish of cauliflower and charged my body with everything necessary, and it is not at all necessary to swallow whole handfuls of vitamin tablets.

  1. Cauliflower 900 g
  2. Pork pulp 300 g
  3. Onions 2 pcs.
  4. Hard cheese 100 g
  5. Egg 1 pc.
  6. Refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
  7. Tender curry 1 tsp
  8. Parsley 3 sprigs
  9. Dill 3 sprigs
  10. Salt 1 tbsp. l.

Peel the onions, rinse in water and chop finely.

First, cut the pork into small pieces to facilitate further cooking.

Boil 2.5 liters of water, add 2/3 tablespoons of salt and curry. Then gently dip the cabbage into the water, let it boil, cook for 5 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the cabbage from the water and let it cool.

Divide the egg into yolk and white. Add the yolk to the minced meat, pour the remaining salt, pepper to taste.

Now you need to thoroughly knead and beat off the minced meat. Precisely, to beat back. Minced meat is thrown forcefully onto the work surface of the table. So it becomes softer and softer. Add pre-chopped dill and parsley to the minced meat.

Cut out the stalk from the cooled cabbage, remove part of the stems of the inflorescences. We do this very carefully so that the cabbage does not crumble.

First, start stuffing the cauliflower with prepared minced meat from the side of the stump.

Having stuffed the cabbage, grease the baking paper with vegetable oil.

We spread the cabbage on the prepared paper with the stalk up and send it to the oven for 30 minutes. The temperature is kept at around 180 ° C.

This method is interesting not only for the manner of execution, but also for the set of basic ingredients. Not so many of them are required: 600 grams of minced meat, 1 carrot, 800 grams of cabbage, an egg, salt, onion, black pepper, 25 grams of sour cream, 100 grams of cheese, 4 tablespoons of thick mayonnaise and any seasonings.

The cooking process is reduced to performing the following operations:

  1. First, boil the cabbage to the al dente state in salt water. This will take 6-7 minutes.
  2. To prepare the filling, the first step is to fry the chopped onions and carrots. After cooling, they need to be mixed with minced meat, adding the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Stuff the head of cabbage with the resulting mixture, gently pushing the inflorescences with your fingers. Treat the surface with a mixture of cheese and mayonnaise.
  4. Preheat the oven to at least 200 degrees.

Of course, it is better to take young cabbage (it is softer), but I also do it with winter varieties, I really love the combination of cabbage, minced meat and sour cream on top. I already cooked the cabbage in advance and cooled it down (dip the head of cabbage in boiling salted water and cook for 15-20 minutes under a lid over medium heat). You can also add your favorite seasonings to the minced meat, or in order to save money, you can "dilute" it with boiled rice (but not much).

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown.


We disassemble the cabbage into leaves. This must be done carefully, without tearing the leaf off the stump.


We reach the inner small leaves, which are already very difficult to separate (they are tightly twisted, besides, they are very small)


We cut out these leaves, leaving the "sides". The workpiece is ready!


Add fried onions to the minced meat, all the spices and mix well.

Water the cabbage on all sides with half of the sour cream and egg filling, then sprinkle with 3 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs, pour the remaining filling on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Without covering the cabbage, put it back in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. The ovens are different - make sure that the crackers do not burn out.


This is how my cabbage looks like after 20 minutes in the oven, so I boldly turn off the oven and leave the cabbage in it for another 30 minutes to "reach".


Well, here she is finally! Ruddy, fragrant. The "queen" of our dinner! If desired, you can additionally serve rice as a side dish. And for the cabbage itself, I serve sour cream and soy sauce. Very tasty!

  • butter for frying;
  • the amount of salt, pepper and fresh herbs is determined by taste.

Clean the meat, wash it, cut it into small pieces, then grind it with a meat grinder. To make the minced meat tender and fluffy, it must be beaten off. To do this, we collect some of the minced meat from the cup several times, and lower it into the container with a little force. After such a procedure, the mass of the product will almost double, and the meat will be well saturated with oxygen. Finely chop the onion, fry it in oil, put it in the minced meat along with boiled rice. Do not forget to pepper and salt.

Next, we start preparing our white cabbage. First of all, we cut out the stump. We lower the forks into a large saucepan, pour in clean water, and then remove the vegetable from the container. In this way, we determine the amount of water required to boil the cabbage.

Salt the water a little, bring to a boil, then carefully place the head of cabbage. Cook for about 15 minutes until the leaves are soft. Ready time depends on the size of the fork. We remove the finished cabbage from the water, give it time to cool. Carefully, trying not to damage, separate each sheet.

Baked Cabbage Sauce Ingredients:

  • 100 g tomato paste;
  • we select the amount of pepper and salt to taste;
  • 100 g of meat broth;
  • 100 g of fatty sour cream.

The sauce is very simple to prepare. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, pepper and salt to taste. We put the container on the stove, bring the composition to a boil over the lowest heat.

Cover the colander with damp gauze so that its ends extend beyond the dishes.

We spread the first cabbage leaf on the fabric, place a layer of minced meat up to a centimeter thick on it. We put the next sheet with the same layer of minced meat. Placing the leaves, we try to give them the original shape of a cabbage fork.

When the cabbage structure is completely assembled, we tie the ends of the gauze. We do this with a little effort to compact the leaves, forming a new fork. Carefully remove the gauze.

Put the "revived" head of cabbage in a frying pan, send it to bake at a temperature of 180 ° C. Periodically it must be watered with the prepared sauce.

When our product is removed from the heat of the oven, it will look like a blossoming bud, very much like a head of cabbage. We put it on a beautiful dish, decorate with your favorite greens.
