By chicken giblets I mean chicken hearts, stomachs and liver ... Nowadays, many of these offal are sold in stores. For this salad, you can use either all 3 types of chicken offal, or 2 of them, or even one kind. Depending on this, the taste of the salad will vary slightly. But if you do not like a certain offal, or you could not buy everything, then nothing terrible will happen.

To prepare salad "Rus" you will need the following

Ingredients:

  • chicken offal (as I wrote above - any) 200 g
  • fresh mushrooms 100 g
  • 1 potato
  • 1 pickled or pickled cucumber
  • eggs 2 pieces
  • dill and parsley
  • salt pepper
  • mayonnaise

Cooking salad "Rus" with chicken giblets

You can also take any mushrooms for the Rus salad. Can be bought at the store Champignon and boil them in salted water for 5 minutes.

I have been prepared from the fall frozen White mushrooms, I defrosted them and cooked them in salted water for about 40 minutes.

Boil chicken offal(cook each type separately) in salted water. It is enough to cook chicken liver for 15 minutes, and the heart and ventricles for 1 hour.

Then cool and chop.

Boil potato and cut it into cubes.
