I have long wanted to cook steam patties. I remember that their husband was preparing me when I was discharged from the hospital with my eldest son. Somehow I didn’t like them ... And after buying a crock-pot, I revised my views for a lot, and I really wanted to cook steamed chicken cutlets. After all, it is very useful. Besides, my chicken is homemade. In general, it is said - done. I decided to add some hard cheese to the meat for some piquancy. I liked this supplement in my recently cooked ones.
  What can I say by cooking steam chicken cutlets? Definitely - a great option for baby food - gently, juicy, piquant and incredibly tasty. I thought that I would cook purely for the children, but I could not resist and did not eat three cutlets. Excellent cutlets, which will not be difficult for anyone to cook. No frying, no spray of vegetable oil and no greasy dishes! And the stomach, what a big thank you will tell us for such a meal! I recommend!

To cook steamed chicken meatballs in a slow cooker, you will need:

Chicken fillet - 600 g
  milk - 100 ml
  wheat bread - 60 g
  egg - 1 pc.
  sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  hard cheese - 100 g
  sunflower oil - 1-2 tbsp.
  onions - 1 pc.
  salt, spices to taste
  water
  greens, tomato - for decoration


How to cook raw chicken steaks in a slow cooker.

1. We prepare all the ingredients for the cutlets.

2. Chicken fillet I used homemade. Wash it, dry it with a kitchen towel and cut into medium pieces.

Grind in a meat grinder twice (for greater tenderness).

3. In advance, you need to soak a slice of bread in milk (5-10 minutes are enough) and send it after the meat to the meat grinder.

4. Add onion to the minced meat. We clean it, cut into cubes

and fry in a multicooker bowl in sunflower oil until transparent. You can skip this step and add fresh, unroasted onions to the minced meat, of course, but I wanted to fry it slightly.

I turned on the Frying mode. You can use another mode in your multicooker, to which you are more accustomed to, for example, Baking. Put the onion on a plate and let it cool.

5. Meanwhile, we drive an egg into the minced meat.

We also send cheese cut into small cubes.

6. Next we send onions, sour cream and salt and spices to the bowl. For spices I used ground black pepper and Provence herbs. Mix. I definitely still knead the minced meat with my hands so that all the ingredients mix well together.

7. Minced chicken is ready. You can give him a little insist, but I did not have this time, and I immediately began to form balls. Pour 0.5 l of water into the multicooker bowl, set the container for steam and put the cutlet balls on it.

8. Turn on the Steam cooking mode, the time is 20 minutes. We close the lid, and in a minute such delicious cutlets are ready!

The period of fast food, grilled chicken declined, and many thought about proper nutrition. Chicken meat is the best suited for those who have excluded fatty, high-calorie foods from their diet.   • Steamed cutlets do not need breading. Since the forcemeat is viscous and sticks to the hands, the patties are molded with hands moistened in cold water and laid out in a steaming container, greased with vegetable oil.
  • Steam cutlets are cooked within 25-40 minutes, depending on the power of the multicooker. The mode is set to “Steam cooking”. To speed up the process, only hot water should be poured into the bowl. Of course, it should not be too much so that during boiling it does not reach the bottom of the container with cutlets.

In the same way we cook the remaining cutlets. If you are using a mantle, then just note the time 30 minutes after boiling water. I had small cutlets, they managed to cook. Also do not forget to grease the trays with vegetable oil.
