On the water

Many people prefer to cook on water, in this case, cook in the same way according to the first recipe, but replace the milk with an additional 0.5 tbsp. water. The result is dietary porridge.

Perhaps the most popular breakfast dish is oatmeal. It is useful for both adults and children. In its usual form, it is prepared in water or milk with the addition of butter and salt. How delicious it is and for breakfast it’s just perfect! At the same time, cooking is also easy and simple.

How to Make Chocolate Oatmeal

Add oatmeal to boiling water and stir well.

Cook the oatmeal over low heat so that the water does not boil too quickly and the oatmeal is well cooked.

When the oatmeal is almost ready, add the cocoa. It is important that the cocoa is of high quality; I use premium powder. Oatmeal turns chocolate-chocolate!

Immediately add vanillin and sugar to taste, mix and cook for another minute or two. That's all done.

Serve the chocolate oatmeal slightly cooled. I like to add coconut flakes and other goodies to such porridge. For example, nuts, dried fruits, peanut butter.

By the way, when cooking oatmeal, instead of cocoa, you can add 2-3 slices of good chocolate. Enjoy your meal!

An interesting combination is like a drink, but with oatmeal. I would even call it chocolate oatmeal soup for kids. I think they will definitely like this mixture. The drink is very nutritious and delicious. You can add more milk at the end if you want more liquid cocoa. By the way, cocoa can be easily replaced with carob, as in other recipes. For example, in .

number  - 300 ml.

  • 100 ml of boiling water;

  • 2 tbsp Sahara;
  • 2 tbsp cocoa (caroba);
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon and nutmeg.

Pour 70 ml of boiling water into the flakes, and 30 ml into cocoa. Cover the oatmeal with a plate and let it swell. And mix the cocoa well with a whisk.

Puree the oatmeal using a blender.

Milk (300 ml) put on fire, bring to a boil, add sugar and spices. And then pour oatmeal. Mix well.

Stirring, cook until the mixture begins to thicken - 7-10 minutes. Then pour in the cocoa. Mix well, allow to boil and remove from heat. Now this mass needs to be wiped through a sieve so that there are no large oat flakes. You can add more milk to the resulting mixture, if it is very thick, pour into glasses and garnish with chocolate.

With boring oatmeal porridge (which is not really porridge, but something between porridge and dessert), high performance and excellent mood for several hours are guaranteed.

For 2 servings. Cooking time is about 50 minutes.

Ingredients

  • oatmeal - 70 grams
  • cocoa - 3-4 tbsp. tablespoons (for a very rich chocolate flavor)
  • milk - 150 ml
  • vanillin - to your taste
  • egg - 1
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons (moderately sweet)

Cooking

    In a bowl, mix cocoa with milk.

    Take warm (not hot!) Milk so that the cocoa dissolves better and add it little by little, stirring, until completely dissolved.

    Pour in oatmeal and mix. Leave them to swell for 15-20 minutes.

    Beat the egg with sugar until creamy. Try it if you are not sweet, add some more sugar.

    Add the beaten egg to the oatmeal mass. Mix gently.

    Grease a baking dish with butter, preferably creamy. Pour the future porridge into it and distribute it throughout the mold.

    Cook in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

    Serve, of course, you need immediately. On breakfast. With milk.

ON A NOTE

Take instant flakes to make them soft.

It is very convenient to make such porridge in portioned pots so that everyone gets their own separate pot of chocolate porridge. Handsomely!

Do not overexpose the porridge in the oven, it will become too dry.

P. S. Now decide for yourself what you cooked: porridge or dessert?

An exclusive dish for lovers of sweets and lovers of good nutrition - chocolate oatmeal with banana and cocoa from the English chef Jamie Oliver! Not so often, you can find a recipe where each ingredient brings not only taste, but also benefits: oatmeal with banana risks becoming your favorite breakfast for a long time!

For sweet cereal, buy non-instant oatmeal, take the one you need to cook for 10-15 minutes. This variety (rather a processing method) is more useful, and porridge will turn out much tastier. If desired, dilute oatmeal with nuts, honey, dried fruits, chocolate chips, berries and so on. It is best to add additional ingredients after the final preparation of the dish, as fruits, berries or other components can give excessive sweetness and ruin the taste of “shokovsyanka”.

What do you need:

  • 0.5 tbsp. (maybe poppy seeds) or regular milk
  • 0.5 tbsp. water
  • 1 ripe banana
  • nuts to taste

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or to taste
