  2. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed and seasoned with mayonnaise. The mass should not be lumps.
  3. Each piece of bread is cut into two parts and roasted in the oven. Before continuing the cooking process, you need to cool the slices.
  4. At this time, sprats are removed from the jar and laid out on a paper towel. This is necessary to rid the fish of excess oil.

  1. Bread slices are lightly fried over low heat in a pan with butter. Inside, the toasts should remain soft, and outside - covered with a crispy crust.
