Preparation

Sift a glass of flour into a bowl, add dry yeast and mix. Pour the warmed milk into the flour - in a thin stream. We heat the butter and combine with salt, raw egg and sugar, then add the resulting mixture to the dough. Put the remains of sifted flour into the mass and knead the dough. Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil from the inside, put the dough in it, cover with a towel and set to come up (about 1 hour).

Boil the chicken meat, mince it, add spices, finely chopped boiled egg and a couple of spoons of broth to make the filling juicier.

When the dough is ready, you need to knead it, roll it out on the table, cut out circles, put the filling in the middle of each and pinch the edges well.

Heat the oven to 30 degrees, put the formed pies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and send for 15-20 minutes for proofing. Grease each pie with an egg, you can sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake at 180-200 degrees until tender. Cover the finished baked goods with a towel and let cool.

If you don't have an oven, you can use vegetable oil to make fried chicken patties in a skillet. To do this, you do not need to wait for proofing, send the pies to fry immediately after modeling.

Chilled or frozen chicken fillet is suitable for this dish. I had a piece of frozen meat that needs to be thawed in cold water or microwave before cooking. Cut into slices about 1-1.5 centimeters in diameter.

Heat the pan, add odorless olive oil. Pour fillet pieces and fry over medium heat. Sprinkle with sea salt (you can use regular salt if you don't have sea salt), turmeric, a mixture of peppers and coriander. All spices are used in ground form. If the meat has been frozen, it will begin to release water. In this case, you do not need to add additional water. But you need to add a little water to the chilled chicken fillet so that the meat is stewed well. The water should be boiled and preferably hot.

Fry the meat over low heat until the water evaporates and the fillet pieces acquire a pleasant golden color. If you are cooking pizza meat, then frying for about five minutes is enough. The rest of the ruddy meat will acquire in the oven.

Leave the finished spicy chicken fillet in the pan to cool and brew.

  3. The dough should be soft, sticky to your hands a little. Let him rise in a warm place.
  4. Making the filling. Cut the chicken flesh into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil. We also add chopped onions to it. Fry until tender. Salt, add herbs and black pepper.

Step 1.

The first step is to prepare the chicken pie dough. To do this, combine kefir with butter in a bowl.
