This dish can be considered both an appetizer and a salad with herbs. The recipe is pretty simple and doesn't take much time. You will need 2 processed cheese and 50 grams of any greens (parsley, green onions, dill, cilantro).

Rinse the greens well under running water, dry and chop. Put the curds and herbs in the blender bowl, add salt and black pepper if desired. If there is little juice in the greens, you can pour in some yogurt, water or mayonnaise. Grind all components until smooth.

Serve the appetizer as an independent dish, or spread on pita bread or croutons.

Dish "Bride"

The salad will be a good decoration for the festive table. Guests will certainly appreciate its taste. It got this name because all the products included in the composition are light in color and resemble a bride's dress. Required components:

Boil potatoes and eggs. Pickle the onion: finely chop, put in a container, adding 0.5 teaspoon of sugar, then 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar and 100 ml of boiling water. Leave on for 20-30 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, grate the egg whites, mash the yolks with a fork. Finely chop the fillet, grate the cheese curds.

Lay out the salad in layers, each of which is coated with mayonnaise: chicken, pickled onions, potatoes, yolks, cheese, proteins. Grease the salad with mayonnaise on top. Tumble with fresh herbs if desired. To soak, put the salad in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
