  5. Add rum to the apples and set it on fire: the apples will be covered with a fragrant crust and you will get a more piquant charlotte.
  6. Lubricate the baking dish with butter. At the bottom we put apples and pour dough on top.
  7. We heat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and bake a delicious apple pie for about 20 minutes.

Sponge cake with apples can be prepared by mixing the dough with the prepared filling - this greatly simplifies the process, but does not spoil the overall positive result.

Now, in small portions, pour the sifted flour into the container and at the same time continue to whip everything with improvised equipment so that lumps do not appear. We should get a homogeneous thick dough by consistency, like a charlotte. Leave it for a while aside, but for now prepare the apples.

Step 4: prepare the apples.


We thoroughly rinse the apples under running warm water and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, peel the fruit from the peel and cut it in half. From each part we cut the stalk and box with seeds. Further, if desired, we grind the components either in thin slices, or simply pieces. In fact, the form does not matter, because during the cooking process the apples bake well and become very soft and tender. Shredded fruits are transferred to a clean plate.

Step 5: make a quick apple pie.


Lubricate the bottom and walls of a deep baking dish with a small piece of butter. Then put the chopped apples here and fill them completely with dough.
