New Year recipe 2 - New Year tree salad

Ingredients:

  • large potatoes   2 pcs.;
  • small carrots   1 PC.;
  • canned corn   10 g;
  • beef tongue 500 g;
  • pickles   2 pcs.;
  • 3-4 black olives;
  • pomegranate seeds   1 tbsp;
  • parsley and dill   a bunch;
  • bow 1 pc.;
  • homemade mayonnaise, sunflower oil and salt   taste;

Cooking:

  1. The tongue is boiled in advance. You can do this the night before or in the morning.

  • long grain rice   100 g

  • salt, peppercorns, ground black and red   pinch;
  • mayonnaise to taste.

Cooking:

  1. Boil rice, carrots and eggs.
  2. Vegetables peel.
  3. Carrots are rubbed on a fine grater, and cheese and eggs are on a large grater. The protein of one egg is left intact to decorate the finished dish.
  4. The red part is cut from crab sticks, and the white part is cut into cubes.
  5. Wash greens and finely chop.
  6. All ingredients are mixed, seasonings and mayonnaise are added.

  • processed cheese 100 g;
  • smoked chicken 300 g;
  • 3-5 eggs;
  • mayonnaise 4 tbsp .;

  • marinated mushrooms   150 g;
  • cloves 6 pcs.;
  • ground black pepper   taste;
  • piece of sausage or meat   1 PC.;

This amount of food is enough for 4 servings of salad.

Cooking:

  1. Potatoes, eggs and carrots are pre-boiled, cooled and peeled.
  2. Mushrooms and chicken are finely chopped, leaving 2-3 mushrooms intact for decoration. Instead of mushrooms, you can add fresh or pickled cucumber to the salad, but you will have to first remove the seeds from it so that the salad does not become wet.
  3. Eggs, carrots and potatoes are grated. Different graters are used for yolk and protein.
  4. Start spreading the ingredients on the dish. First, potatoes are placed on it, forming the dog's face and ears.
  5. Lubricate the potato layer with mayonnaise and lay the chopped chicken on it.
  6. Grated egg white is spread on top and then mushrooms.
  7. Grated cream cheese is spread on top of the mushrooms. Smear the layer with mayonnaise.
  8. Spread a layer of carrots.
  9. The last layer is potatoes. You need to lay it out so that the other ingredients are hidden under it.
  10. Top lettuce carefully smeared with mayonnaise.
  11. The grated yolk is additionally crushed so that it turns into crumbs and better adheres to mayonnaise. Spread it along the contour of the dog's face.

  13. The mushroom is cut into two parts and the eyes of the dog are made of them.

Ingredients:

  • champignon mushrooms   4-5 pcs.;
  • bow 2 pcs.;
  • carrots 2 pcs.;
  • lemon 1 pc.;
  • herring 1 pc.;
  • red bell pepper   2 pcs.;
  • eggs 5 pcs.;
  • sugar, salt and mustard   taste;
  • vegetable oil   1 tbsp.

Cooking:

  1. This recipe involves the use of homemade mayonnaise. A mixer is required for its preparation. 3 eggs are taken and the yolks are separated from the proteins.
  2. Beating the yolks with a mixer, add salt, sugar and mustard to the mixture.
  3. Continuing to beat the yolks, pour a thin stream of oil into them.
  4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and add it to the mixture.
  5. The remaining 2 eggs set to cook.
  6. Vegetables are washed and peeled.
  7. Carrots and peppers are cut into strips, onions in half rings, and mushrooms in thin slices.
  8. The herring is cleaned of the insides and cut into small cubes.

Cooking:

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots for 10 minutes over low heat.
  2. Boil the chicken for 8 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Quail eggs are boiled for 6 minutes in salt water.
  4. The apple is peeled and sunflower seeds and cut into cubes, leaving a few slices for decoration.
  5. Mix apple with lemon juice.
  6. Chicken, as well as boiled and fresh vegetables, are peeled and diced.
  7. Capers are cut in half each.
  8. Chop green onions finely.
  9. All ingredients are mixed in a bowl.
  10. Peas, mayonnaise, mustard and Worcester sauce are added to the salad. All mix thoroughly.
  11. In two beautiful plates, put a large sheet of Romano salad and spread the salad on it.
  12. Quail eggs are cut into halves.
  13. Apple cut into slices.

  • sugar 0.5 tsp;
  • hard cheese 150 g;
  • vegetable oil, mayonnaise;
  • salt, seasoning to taste;

Cooking:

  1. Boil the chicken and finely chop.
  2. Chop 1 onion.
  3. Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and set it on fire. Fry the chicken and onions until golden brown.
  4. Set aside the pan to allow the chicken and onions to cool.
  5. Boil potatoes and eggs, peel.
  6. Potatoes are diced and the eggs are grated.
  7. Peel the apple and chop.
  8. Cheese grated.
  9. The remaining onion is pickled in vinegar with added sugar.

This one will differ from all the previous ones in its simplicity of design and of course surprisingly tasty taste. It is tender at the same time, but has a slight smoked note.


Take a look at the list of products, they will not hit your wallet at all, which means the snack will be budgetary and will fit easily into   menu. By the way, for decoration, you can use any greenfinch, for example dill or fresh cucumbers. But, I suggest taking a regular carrot and making stars out of it, and making parsley the diameter of a round saucer.

We will need:

  • boiled carrot - 1 pc.
  • jacket potatoes - 0.4 kg
  • c1 egg - 4 pcs.
  • smoked chicken - 0.2 kg
  • salted cucumber or pickled - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 45 g
  • boiled sausage as a serving
  • black olives
  • mayonnaise


Stages:

1. Since the salad will be layered, immediately prepare a serving tray. And start spreading the products in this order, the first is the peeled boiled potato. Rub it on a coarse grater in the form of a sun (1 pc.). Lubricate with a net of mayonnaise.


2. The next layer is a chicken cut into small pieces. You feel the aroma when you do this cut, she asks in her mouth. So, put the chicken meat, season with mayonnaise, then grate the boiled proteins on a fine grater, then chop the cucumbers with a small dice.

Usually housewives cook this dish with canned saury, but it seems to me too primitive, although I adore it in this version. And if you need instructions, then here's a reminder.

And if you want to add some flavor to it, I suggest replacing saury with salmon or trout. You can take pink salmon, because I don’t know all your preferences.

You see, it will be much richer and more chic. Well, that’s not all. Hold on, now you will be shocked, we will pack it in special molds that we make manually. Of course, you can take a confectionery ring, but where to get them in such quantity.


We will need:

  • trout or salmon - 0.2 kg
  • olive oil - 2 tsp
  • boiled peeled potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • boiled peeled carrots - 2 pcs.
  • cool egg - 3 pcs.
  • onions - 1 pc.
  • granulated sugar - a pinch
  • mayonnaise
  • apple - 1 pc.

Stages:

1. Before starting the work process itself, it is necessary to wind these cones out of foil. Use a glass jar as a base for this.

Foil paper folds up initially 8–9 times, and only then is fastened with a stapler to the side (along the joint).


2. Now prepare all the necessary ingredients, peel the boiled potatoes and carrots from the skin, eggs from the shell. Cut trout or salmon with a sharp knife into cubes.

Step 1.Boil the beets, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Step 2Pour boiling water over prunes and raisins. Leave on for 15 minutes.

Step 3Cut the prunes into small pieces.

Step 4Grind nuts on a grater or using a blender. Also do with garlic cheese.

Step 5Mix and season with mayonnaise.
